Only as good as your first mistake!
The following is my own personal experience using this store.
I had a truly disappointing experience with this shop. After paying for an item, I was shocked to find that even £1.50 was charged for 2nd class delivery, which feels quite steep for such a basic service. Unfortunately, the problems only started there. Once the item was sent, the lady running the shop completely washed her hands of the situation.
When I raised the fact that the item didn’t arrive, her response was appalling. She became defensive and showed absolutely no empathy or willingness to help resolve the issue. It was clear that she had no interest in taking any responsibility or ensuring her customers were satisfied.
The way she handles order issues reflects awful customer service. If this is how she treats customers with problems, I shudder to think how she handles other aspects of the business. A bad experience from start to finish. They say you’re only as good as your first mistake, and sadly, this was theirs. I certainly won’t be shopping here again.
