Does what it’s advertised for

Does what it’s advertised for. We configured it to answer all the basic emails like customers wanting for info on their order, get their tracking number, etc.

Then Arya flags the more complex messages for us and we answer by ourselves or just verify the answer she already prepared.

Saves us a whole ton of time honnestly, we’re only 2 in the business so we want to focus our time on more productive stuff than answering simple emails 🫡
