Working through ASAP was a challenge
Working through ASAP was very challenging. So many steps and different points of contact lead to confusion. I much rather work directly through the service provider. I am also convinced I was overcharged, I still need to reconcile my Credit Card to verify.

What made my experience positive was the on line reservation service along with a prompt email response to confirm. Failure to Deliver/Retrieve On Time
The sink arrived late, has had multiple requests to be picked up that have not happened and now it smells rancid as there was no attempt made to service. It still has not been picked up.

I do apologize for any inconvenience. We had the service driver routed for cleaning on Tuesday. It seem the drivers had some issue(s) with gaining access into the building to servcie and remove the unit. The removal call was made Monday in which it was routed for next day pick up on Tuesday. On Tuesday the driver had the issue with gaining access to the building, and it was re-routed for pick-up today on pick up ID #1516194. Our dispatch is monitoring the route to ensure the unit is removed from inside the school classroom.

They charged us an $400 some dollars…
They charged us an $400 some dollars for extra trips during a snowstorm. Said they made several attempts to call and let us know, but there were no VM or calls from them on the contact phone we provided.
I think it’s odd that they would make more than one attempt without actually talking to someone to see if the driveway had been cleared before sending another truck out! I will never use this service again! Complete rip-off!

We appreciate your rental review. It is standard practice to re-route the truck for the item's removal for the next day if it's blocked at the job site. The driver indicated that he did make a call to the site. When you request for the removal that is indication that the site is clear and ready for our equipment to hook up and haul off.
If the rental unit can't be retrieved, that will lead to empty trip charges as it did in this case. We did coordinate with you to get the site cleared and the unit removed later that week.
