This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam, we engaged them to complete a roof removal and replacement on the 23rd September 2026 which was supposed to be completed on the same day. We were advised that they would bring and arrange all materials ahead of time which they failed to do. The sales person called Tommy pressured us into transferring money for the materials to a builder they contracted with so they can buy the materials and complete the job. Three weeks went by, each occasion we were told by Tommy that the builders will be by the following day (surprise, they didnt turn up). They left the building without any roof nor temporary protection in place for over 3 weeks in which time it rained and caused internal damage, until we finally contracted other builders to complete the job.
The company advised they would give us a refund which we have yet to receive, since this they have blocked our contact details. we will be issuing legal proceedings against the company
