From start to finish very professional in all ways

Called on the day and asked if anyone was available to be a witness of signature. Was told to come in the same day. Amazing service. All staff was friendly and very welcoming.

Overall ok , slow response to emails etc , long periods of non contact, client always had to ask for updates.

Kept well informed,Tracy was very helpful and nothing was a problem.

I was kept informed all the way through. Steven evens was easy to talk to and i felt he listened to my opinions. Someone was always available to take calls and would ring back. Very happy with service.

After talking to WE solicitors over the phone I felt encouraged they could help me where other solicitors had failed, so I appointed them to deal with my case which to be honest looked hopeless...I was being sued by my former employer!

WE Solicitors took on my claim of Hearing Loss, caused by the lack of hearing protection, in October 2014, and advised me that the case could take 12 to 18 months to complete, and I agreed with the solicitors the amount of compensation that would expect. In May 2015 the company's solicitors accepted responsibility. I was advised to take out an Insurance Policy to cover court costs as a precaution, which I did.
After a lot of prevarication by the defendants solicitors, an offer was made in August 2016, which was barely a 1/4 of the claim.
The communication from WE Solicitors was very good, both by letters and E mails. However, I was getting very frustrated that it had taken 21 months to get made an offer.
After two years since I made the claim I have accepted the latest offer. Not because I am happy with the settlement figure, I am not. It fell very short of expectations. Once the Solicitors fees and the cost of the Insurance are taken off, I will not be left with much. But being informed that it could take up to 12 months to get the case to court, It has worn me down and I just want an end to it.
I feel that WE Solicitors should have started the court process much sooner, when after 18 months it was clear that the defendants solicitors had little intention of settling the claim.

I have recently used WE Solicitors for a claim against a former employer for hearing loss. This is now complete and I am very pleased with the outcome that was achieved by the team at WE Solicitors.
