I have submitted support Ticket #209515 and #209406 regarding a missing $4.10 USDT from my AscendEX account after an internal transfer between Futures and Spot. Despite sharing screenshots and full transaction history, I only received auto-replies.

It’s been several days with no human response. I even followed up multiple times, and now I am forced to escalate this issue publicly.

This kind of silence and lack of accountability shakes customer trust. I request immediate resolution. My UID is U0035171818.

They took 2 USDT commission on stablecoin withdrawals, other exchanges took maximum 1 USDT

There was no clear way forward for weeks. The solution was in the picture next to my name the whole time.

Best decision I made was hiring the company on my user name/ profile photo. They recovered my funds quickly.

I purchased some Gala tokens from Ascendex almost two years ago and they just disappeared from my wallet about two to three weeks later. It's been nearly two years and i get the same reply from support stating "the technical team is looking into this and we will get back to you with an update". I sent them about 20 emails, possibly much more. Looks like they have stolen my funds as they have been checking for nearly two years but never give me any updates, ever.

So their mail ended up as spam and I didnt hear about this "inactivity fee" (which should be illegal) so when I log into my account after a few years a lot of my assets is gone.
Joke of a crypto exchange.
Im sure others have worst stories but this is pretty damn bad.

Edit, all or most of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake. They cant even fake their reviews in a believable fashion.

THIS IS A HUGE SCAM.... DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY! I Was assisted by the detail in my user name and helping regaining it

This platform was unbelievable.... my investment was $250usd... I logged into ascend-exchange.com and clicked on the AI trade and before you knew it I was up from $250usd to $155677.54usd "available fund". This took about 48 hours to do which was continues trading. BUT BUT BUT!!! suddenly my credit score was below 100% and all I had to do was pay $10,000.00+ usd and suddenly my credit score would be back to 100% and I could withdraw any or all amount I want.... Simon Willian assured me that the money was guaranteed BUT I had to put in the money. Then 'supposedly" one of the big shots of ascend-exchange.com, William Ross told me that the rules stated that I had to be in good standings and it had to be done by the end of the month (April 30/25) and all these funds where available to withdraw. I consulted my financial advisor that I have worked with for many years where I live and he has done very well for me (Assante Wealth Management). He and his team checked "ascend-exchange.com" and found many RED FLAGS, he told me the information and that it was up to me whether to move ahead or not, BUT that there where too many RED FLAGS for this group too feel good about. This information was good enough for me... I reflected on how Simon and William were to me and they worked very hard to try an convince me that everything was great and I could withdraw once I deposited the $10 grand to get my $155 grand.... always remember IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE... Well it isn't!!!!
Please remember avoid "ascend-exchange.com" like the plague and if the site changes, be-aware of Simon Williams and William Ross.......

Beware of scammers, who block your money with a non-justified withdrawal minimum. Impossible to group together small amounts, so money lost. Transaction from bTC to your wallet for a fee of 0.005 BTC!!! theft!!! SCAM

If I could give negative stars for what I lost $102,700, I would because they are not worth a star. Only kingfi.wiki deserve my five stars because the helped me out.

they scamming as , the y are buying crypto over the market just to make you deposit , after that your funds will be lost . they allow to withdraw small amount but not larger one

They are thieves. They suspended my account and I can't get their customer service to let me access it again while I have asked multiple times. Avoid this platform at all costs...

Absolute garbage DEX of thieves! DOT deposits are suspended but not mentioned anywhere and still letting you deposit without warning. Then funds won't arrive and customer support won't help. Don't use them!
