I Gave ascend medical a try but was unaware of the membership
I Gave ascend medical a try for the weight lost program and of course my insurance didn't cover it but 200.00 a month is kinda steep to pay every month but in that month I lost between 15-20lbs the next I couldn't afford the 200.00 cause of unexpected bills but they charge me anyway I was unaware that it was a membership when I signed up but as I mentioned this to customer service which was nice enough to refund my 200.00 after i didn't received the next dosage in the mail yet. I like ascend medical and the product did work but the 200.00 a month is to much to do every month so I said when i get a chance again to start up for another month I'm just canceling befor they charge me again for the next month to avoid that problem. But other than that ascend medical is great ,fast and convenient plus customer services is friendly and trustworthy I will use them again.
