A complete scam! They waste your time by bombarding you with a long list of questions and drag it out day after day until your subscription period ends, without doing anything to grow your account. A total waste and the biggest scam!

second day to my trial zero growth, they might aswell give a cheap trial instead or no trial if they are not going to deliver anything before getting paid. So dissapointed having 2 days gone forever instead of having other solutions.

It’s been a year and Ascend Viral still gets the job done. The staff is very very nice and the growth is very steady!

I made the foolish mistake of signing up for path Social a few months ago, and I quickly realized that all the followers that I gained from them were completely FAKE. I was able to find Ascend Viral and they helped me get the growth and engagement that I was hoping I'd get. Jay has been my personal assistant and he has been doing a FANTASTIC job.

Everything is smooth with Ascend Viral. It's nice to see a company that really cares. The onboarding experience was quick and easy. The growth was solid and the engagement has steadily increased over the past month. If you are hesitant about them, give their free trial a chance.

So I had signed up for a 5 day trial on 14th may with the starter plan. They just wasted time in the first 5 days and after me putting in all the data before hand again after signing up they asked me multiple questions which I happily answered hoping for the service to get going. But nothing happened and suddenly after 5 days they stopped my service without any email initimation. I only got to know when I signed in that the trial had ended without any activity. So basically trial is a scam ! Just to be sure and give them another chance I paid for a monthly subscription and after taking the payment they still didnt activate the service.. after using their chat service on their website I told them that I would put a review on trust pilot and then they just activated my plan and within 2 mins deactivated it again ! Seems very fishy. However in all its been a week and absolutely no activity on my account apart from showing some unimportant data about my account which I already would be knowing. When I asked them why the delay they told me heavy workload. I wonder why they dont put a disclaimer on the payments page that your services would be delayed on account of heavy workload.. pay at your own risk ! Uptil now no new followers, no activity. I never asked them to promise me followers but there isnt any activity ! Pls note this review is on the basis of one week (primarily free trial) and I would review the service again later with an open mind.

I joined Ascend Viral a month ago to grow my new instagram site, with the intention of launching a small clothing brand(eventually) The customer service at Ascend is excellent. They are honest and knowledgeable and you have the feeling they really want it to work for you. This all stems from an approachable and helpful CEO, Ethan who has answered my emails directly. My personal assistant Esha, is again extremely professional and clearly knowledgeable.
But unfortunately there is a however. I only got 80 new followers in a month (as the guarantee is 150 followers I will receive my monthly fee back), but as the team seem dedicated to my success I will remain with Ascend and have used the return fee to upgrade to Turbo! Here I hope to gain more feed back as to what Im doing wrong so that the people they send my way click the follow button and start interacting. I will update in a couple of months as sometimes I do think it takes time. But all in all I would definitely recommend. Their approach is one to be commended.

My team has been using Ascend Viral for a few months now, and they've been really good so far. We went from 1400 followers in late 2023 to just approaching 4000 followers today. Our engagement has also increased as well. Id recommend them over the other growth services we've tried.

This company is a complete waste on money.

One, I signed up with them, for three months, I heard from the growth assistant once. Through following and unfollowing accounts I gained MAYBE a couple hundred followers.

I then expressed by dissapointment at the service and was contacted by one of the owners, who asked me to take down my google review and AT A PERSONAL COST TO THEM which i found a ridiculous statement seeing as this whole thing was a scam they would put me on a turbo plan for an additional three months if i removed the review.

So i removed the review, I was reinstated with the same growth assistant and the SAME CRAP AVERAGE service continued for the next three months.

All in all I gained a thousand followers.

NOT WORTH IT DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T HELP OR GIVE INSIGHT.

They have top systems for communication support ( I even exchange email with the CEO) and I also had the best growth assistant ( Esha Patel) I mean, she got to the heart of the issue , she and her team made the greatest and deeper research to give me the best advices for my profile! I wanted to work with Ascend Viral for instagram growth and reached out with some questions about my page. I was concerned as I have heard bad things about online growth platforms in general, but when I reached out I had the most helpful response from the owner, Ethan as well as their support team. Before becoming a paying customer, Ethan did a full breakdown of my Instagram and actually recommended that I don't use their services because I was already doing really well and only needed a few minor tweaks. He said the money I would pay to ascend viral could just be put towards my content instead and that we weren't the right fit. I thought this was very refreshing, and it's clear Ascend Viral is NOT a scam and really cares about the people they work with, to make sure their clients are the right fit, not to just get $$ and be done with them! If I ever need an instagram growth platform in the future I definitely will be using Ascend viral!
