I have spent a lot of time working with social media apps since 2013. We have used many apps in order to grow our social media pages. I like that Ascend Viral is not really an app but it is a service. Many of the other Instagram apps that we have tried to grow our customers accounts have not worked all that well. We have had GOOD success with Ascend Viral. If you are in the marketing then you NEED to check them out as I don't know what else is working right now..

These guys are the real deal. Real organic growth company. Your engagement/following will guy up - mark my words. But you need to put that work too. You will have your own Personal Growth Assistant that you will communicate with and he will coach you in a process what to do better. Its a really bang for your buck deal & experience! This is my first time ever writing a Trustpilot review, and I usually never write reviews on platforms unless they're negative. I had some initial problems with onboarding my account with Ascend Viral. Once I expressed my concern to the CEO - he took care of everything. I've never seen someone act as fast as he did. I'm looking forward to the rest of the subscription!

We run a small cosmetic store on Instagram and wanted to use Instagram more seriously to showcase our products. We've had some luck with FaceBook but we haven't grew many followers outside of our friends and family since we launched on Instagram. AscendViral made it easy to start building an audience through hashtags and competitor accounts. If you're looking to grow your Instagram business, I'd definitely check out Ascend Viral and see if it fits in your budget.

This service is great. I've got 400 relatively active & targeted followers in just a month. I've noticed a lot more views on my stories, and about 40-60 more likes per photo on average. It is worth the money so far. I'll update as things continue to grow.

I cancelled my growth plan during the free trial, but they were very nice and helpful for those few days. It wasn't right for me, but I'm sure it works well for others..

I signed up for AscendViral on March 7th 2023 with the starter plan. During this time, my account has grew about 2,000 followers (from 1,000 to 3000). This is lower than the average range fir the starter package.. All being considered though, they did tell me my account wasn't optimized for growth. During the month of March, I gained about 250 followers. The warm-up phase took a while, and I was very disappointed by all of that, but the team told me some thing that I needed to work on (they said I wasnt posting enough and my content could use some simprovement) Growth stayed pretty similar in April, I think I grew about 270 followers or doing that month. Every month since April, my growth has increased to the point it is now. There were some strange things that happened (they didn't perform actions for a few days in June!) but my engagement overall has been improving as well as my growth. I'm writing this review because I'm taking a break for a bit now (my bank) but I will be back later this year. I'm happy to say that I havent been disappointed with the service despite all that happened. Last month I gained about 620 followers which has been what I was hoping for. I'll be back.

Good website that helps growing and understanding your public in Instagram. The customer service and specialists are outstanding, Jay was the one helping me and he was absolutely lovely, super responsive and helpful. I'm only giving 4 stars review because after 5 months my last month growth has actually not been as expected, with 419 followers the last 30 days, which is inside the parameters for the starter pack they offer, but probably requires a target review and this is becoming a bit complicated, so probably some things could improve considering the price, but generally is a good service.

Had my doubts initially, but Ascend Viral has surpassed my expectations. Seeing genuine engagement and followers. Happy with the service!

Decent results, but the results were slow. Don't expect overnight increase. You need to be patient with it.

I manage a local coffee shop and wanted to improve our social media presence. Ascend Viral's service has been extraordinary. The team is very responsive and has done an excellent job in gaining followers from our target audience, leading to increased engagement and most customers visiting our shop. They've also been fantastic in handling any concerns or issues I had.
