Waiting four months for referral to Wrightimgton hospital and still np further on. Seen Gp on 19th February 2026. Seen physio on 3rd June 2026. Told internal referral eould take place to see consultant Mr Smith at wrightington. Still awaiting appointment.

Gauri is a life saver. After repeated & ongoing knee issues, Gauri set me up in a program of gradual strengthening and conditioning, which has resolved my existing long term issues and given me insight into how to look after myself better going forward. She is extremely knowledgeable, and very kind. I would strongly recommend Gauri for physiotherapy, particularly sports related.

I was referred to Samuel Niroo after an Achilles injury. Samuel has been excellent and my injury has gone due to his help with deep tissue massages and exercises.

Just finished my treatment plan for an Achilles injury. My physio was brilliant and instrumental in a rapid recovery!

Referred through work and made an appointment fave to face and very quickly. Great service with Samuel Niro who has been patient and very helpful with my injury. He has given me achievable exercises which have helped improve my knee. Has taped my knee giving extra support . Although I have the app he demonstrated the exercises and check I was doing them properly.

He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. His advice was spot on and I soon felt pain free and able to regain full mobility.

I highly recommend physiotherapy with Ascenti. I had been struggling with a foot injury that no one had been able to diagnose or treat effectively. During my very first session, Nirali quickly identified the bruised soft tissue causing the problem and explained it clearly. She then developed an effective exercise plan tailored to my recovery. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, I finally felt confident that I was addressing the root cause of the injury. An excellent experience and a highly professional service.

Physio was good but customer service is shocking. I have spent all week trying to get an invoice for my treatment. They were fast to request the money but didn't send any receipt, invoice or proof of payment. Now, needing this to claim the money back from my job, I have spent a lot of time on waiting on the phone and nobody picking it up, I have sent two messages through the contact form during the week and nobody has replied to them and I have also tried to use the non existent live chat they talk about on their website with no success. I don't understand why I have to spend over 30 minutes to get something that should be standard after every treatment. I definitely won't be using them again.

Samuel Niroo has been very good with my physiotherapy, he helped me a lot and has been so kind and accommodating.

100% would recommend. I’ve had 6 sessions so far and didn’t think the pain would actually go away but it has. The exercises plus the excellent massages from Divya Gadhiya have patched me right up. Always kind and proving a safe space

Sarfaraz Banatwala has been my physiotherapist. His explanation around the exercises I have to do in-between my sessions has been really helpful. Helping me to understand the overall aim. Sarfaraz is also very skilled at manipulation and massage of my shoulder area. I have notes progression after each session and I would recommend him as a physiotherapist.

Had around 6 sessions with Divya in Stamford to help with some hamstring tendonopathy that was restricting my running. Pleased to say that the hands on massage and the prescribed stretching/strengthening has got rid of the pain. Friendly, polite service that I would happily recommend. Thanks Divya.

Rajesh was so easy to feel comfortable with. The exercises he gave me to use throughout the day have been really helpful and, following his instructions, haven't been too difficult and teaching it easy means I haven't been put off from the effort of it all!
I always went into a session stuff and achy and 9 times out of ten cans it able to touch my toes again (at least for an hour or so!).
Would definitely recommend. :)
