The best HR experience I've ever had

I was working with Lisa from Ascot HR for just over a year, and not only did Lisa teach me so much but the amount of care, commitment and thought that went into our people was amazing. Not only did we achieve great things together but the business was running smoothly, with happy colleagues and customers! Everyone and every business needs someone like Lisa to wrap their arms round, follow process and ensure their HR functions are running as they should be. Thank you for everything!

Lisa is excellent for all things HR

Lisa is excellent for all things HR, incredibly knowledgable, but she also cares about the people side and ensuring colleagues well being too. She is also a great coach and visionary ensuring that all HR resources are developed, clear and accessible. I would highly recommend Ascot HR.

Confident, professional and very personable

I worked with Lisa in a business I worked in previously. During this time Lisa strategically navigated some sensitive and difficult situations that required a seamless process to be followed through. Lisa was very confident and professional in the advice and the direction she took this situation. There is no doubt that this saved the business a significant amount of money than if conducted poorly. Lisa presents with a very friendly and caring approach. You know that if you bring a problem to Lisa it will be handled with the upmost care and focus it requires. Thoroughly recommended and i hope we get the opportunity to work together again.
