It’s been all of 20 years Steve and Angela have looked after my properties as if it was their own. A service like this is not easily found, so I am extremely pleased that I did.

Their help to me is always second to none, and have assisted in anything from keeping check when the property is empty to the full service of Cleaning and any maintenance, prior to arrival.

In my view after suffering 5 years of unreliable property managers prior to finding Aset, I have no hesitation in recommending them forward to anyone who are looking for the best services, advice and assistance on anything Spain.

We have used Steve and Angela for over 20 years during which time they have provided an invaluable service, always on hand to quickly respond and assist with any queries or issues we have had, helping with the projects and alterations we’ve had around our home, importantly giving us piece of mind that our home is in safe hands whilst we’re not around. I would highly recommend using Aset if you’re looking for a professional yet personal service.

I have been with Asset since purchasing my property 4 years ago. Steve and Angela are a lovely couple, who have been on hand, whenever iv asked for help, attending when required immediately, whether I'm in Spain or not.

I have just signed a keyholding contract with Aset Spain, after some great support finding a reliable pool cleaner and a great local English speaking Insurance Broker company ( EasyCover). Steve at Aset even checked my electric pricing for me to ensure we are on a competitive contract. Steve at Aset has been contract manager of a villa renovation opposite our villa, after speaking with them they have been very happy with everything Aset have done for them.
I would highly recommend Aset Spain for any support required, just wish I had known them sooner.

Having used Aset Spain for 2 years now, I have been delighted with the extremely high level of service provided. Always helpful and the always find solutions for a vast array of maintenance works as well as cleaning and care of our property .

We have been using Asetspain for a long time now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From the moment you book to the day you leave, the team is always on hand to make sure your stay is exactly as it should be. Over the years, we’ve stayed at several of their properties and have always had a great experience.

On one occasion, we needed urgent help after a booking we had made elsewhere — not through Asetspain — fell through on the actual day we were due to arrive. Despite it being a last-minute emergency and having absolutely nothing to do with them, the Asetspain team stepped in and found us the perfect replacement.

What could quite easily have turned into a complete disaster was instead turned into a fantastic holiday and, at the time, it was exactly what our family needed.

That experience really summed up Asetspain for us. They genuinely care about their customers and will go above and beyond when it matters.

I cannot recommend a better company to entrust your holiday to. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.
