My experience was great! It was the cheapest price on the internet, the delivery time was good, the product came well packed and I'm using more or less a week and until now is working great.

I wanted to sell my iPhone 12 pro max that I used for 10 months. When I was evaluating my iPhone on their site, I evaluated it as “like new”, and they proposed “1089€” for that.
It’s worth to note that at the time, evaluating my iPhone as just “good” would’ve given 1060€.
I sent the phone, and a week later they evaluated it as “good” so instead of proposing “1060€”, they proposed “973€“ because the prices have decreased now. so instead of “guaranteeing a fixed price for 7 days” as they claim, they just proposed a price according to the new prices. I find that unfair. Over-evaluating the state of my iPhone shouldn’t lose me the “claimed fixed price that they guarantee”. I tried to talk to the agents, but they didn’t seem to understand anything. I ended up selling it because I just wanted things to get over with.

Bought from here twice, once through eBay and second time through their site. Good quality refurbished items for significantly lower costs. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic service from asgoodasnew, a wonderful website. I already buy two panasonic camera, the FZ72 and FZ2000. Both arrived promptly and in wonderful condition.

I had very bad experience.
I ordered a MacBook and did payment in Amazon pay. I am waiting for my order. I have waited for 6 days,but got no update. Then I mailed them, waited for 2 days to get their precious reply. And finally they said they forgot to process my request and they will do it now. Next day I got another message for money debited and asgoodasnew mailed me saying that the product is no longer available. They want to refund the money and get rid of their mistake. I did another order by trusting them,the same bad experience happened. Don't buy from them. They are playing with customers feeling. And also they say 1 or 2 days for delivery, before ordering. And after payment it will suddenly increase to 5 to 10 days. It's purely cheating strategy.

EDIT: Asgoodasnew is a great shop, however avoid Klarna at all costs. Klarna service lies to you and tell you that 0% Ratenkauf is possible just when they update this or that option, however this is NOT true. To asgoodasnew: please reconsider Klarna, they make many mistakes and in fact Ratenkauf is not at all enabled

This is my second time to order an iphone from this company. First time I ordered iPhone 8 Plus in Sehr Gut condition, it arrived in an impeccable condition!! This time I ordered iPhone 11 Pro Max and again, perfect condition. The battery level both times was 95% (could be better), but eveyrthing else was perfect: no scratches, perfect look, I even received it with OVP. I tried another refurbishement company but it was nowhere as good as this one. You get 30 months of warranty which is amazing and you can test your phone for 30 days and return for free.

What could be improved: customer service should provide online chat or at least a telephone number!
It would be nice if batteries could arrive at 97% percent or so, but even now it is ok.

This is a great store and I highly recommend it.

Competitive price and reliable delivery

I ordered an iPhone. After 3 weeks I found out, that they did not know where my parcel was (when I bought it, i was told that it will take 2-4 days). They did not offer anything so that I would get my package. The only thing ASGOODASNEW told me, was that most probably I will never get the phone at that they might be able to reimburse me. No offer to send me another phone or something similar to that. Will never order from that company again. It is a very bad idea to order from this company! Would never recommend.

~95% of 5 star reviews about asgoodasnew are invited reviews, 1-3 stars looks non-invited.

As far as the warranty conditions concerned on your webpage: I was ordering from ebay and before submitting I did a search on internet. Press releases...
Could you please explain me who issued the 4 press releases that I sent you? Is it the same company or someone else?
Asgoodasnew ebay products are yours or 3rd party?
Could you please explain the meaning of "all products"?
What do you think about your(?) press release? (30 months for all products --> see bellow "C)" )? So the 30 months was declared in the press release (advertisement).
Could you please explain why have you attempted to refer to a non-existing 12 months warranty rule of ebay - twice? (I informed about this after the first one.)
Seeing other review from 2016 it looks like you rather make excuses than restore the customer satisfaction.

UPDATE: This morning this standard(?) email arrived to my mailbox to give more information.
We had several email conversations both ebay and direct emails to people at different level in the organization.

SUMMARIZED:
Positive experience:
+ Products arrived in good condition partially original packages, it was a very fast delivery.
+ products have been working fine without issue

Negative experiences:
- Customer "service" in general (I had email conversations with people from different level of organisation)
- Company offers 30 months of warranty to all of their products as per their press releases (see links bellow). However this is not true: they forget to mention this does not apply for everything such as ebay.
- Lack of clear informations to be able to make the right decision. (Such as press releases should have contained the real information as they give 30 months of warranty for >>almost<< all of their products, so not all)
- Lack of fast responses: I had to wait ~24 hours every time for an answer (except when I pointed some inconsistent information)
- They attempted to blame ebay regarding shorter warranty period (12 months instead of 30). I asked ebay and they were not aware of such condition. I imemdiately informed Asgoodasnew. Then later blamed eBay again, despite I had already informed company about eBay's opinion.
- 2 of 3 products arrived with 30 months warranty seal where I thought that has 30 months already. Finally I had to take photos about that as they did not belive me about the sticker. However finally it did not make sense as nothing was change except I got again a "we are sorry but..." email. (That's why I think they did not believe me regarding the sticker.)
- I'm not sure why the prodcuts sold to me via ebay not as good as they sell via their webpage. I think because it looks like the product was sent from the same place like the others (eg. 30 months seal on the products which is actually misleading, origin of the products as per label, etc.)

Despite the idea of the startup company is good and products arrived in excellent conditions and the first impression was much-much higher than I expected (theoretically these are used prodcuts...), the company has shown how quickly it is possible to degrade the customer satisfaction and lose customer.
I really hope there won't be warranty issue and the products will work for long years as I'm not sure they will do anything to fix it (despite their confirmation emails of 12 months warranty).

Everything worked very easily and quickly. Good service and the product was delivered the next day.

After the great buy of an Sony a900 I was looking for a Sony RX1rII. The company did not have it in store. So I signed up asking them to contact me when that camera com into their store. Last night coming home from work I see the email stating that they have my dream camera dad come just 30 minutes prior. (when i was in my car). Checking in through the supplied link and to my great sadness. The camera is already sold! Very annoying. they should have a waiting list that is based on when one put himself/herself in the waiting line. I expect asgoodasnew to approach ME with an offer soon. This was not OK!

The camera I ordered arrived as described. I would certainly order from asgoodasnew again.

I haven't received my product. There was some screw-up from UPS and they never delivered it. They had launched an investigation and i patiently waited for 2 months. ASGOODASNEW wrote to me that they were "actively monitoring the progress of the investigation" and will inform me "as soon as it is completed". After losing my patience i checked on my UPS claim page and saw the investigation was already concluded, who knows when, and i was advised to contact the shipper as my package was not found. So i wrote again to ASGOODASNEW 10 days ago and, as always, i've been asked to be patient that my request is being processed. So i don't recommend buying from them. If anything bad happens with the parcel, they won't reimburse you, just help you work on your patience.
I see many people experience the exact same problem. They're probably scammers.

I tried 4 flagship smartphones for almost 30 days and decided which one I wanted to keep. I sent back the other 3 after resetting and cleaning them. They returned my money for the returned phones. Simple and easy.
