Wrong brand medication received
I received my medication, but unfortunately it wasn't the specific brand requested in my order notes or in my follow-up email. I was expecting Sandoz and received a completely different brand instead.
This is very disappointing, as I specifically chose your website because you advertised the brand I required. I made my preference clear both when placing the order and by emailing you directly, so I expected this to be taken into account when fulfilling it.
