Terrible experience with this company and it is still ongoing. I ordered a jacket for my Mum's birthday - this took around 5 weeks and did not arrived in time for her birthday. When the jacket finally arrived in a small bag (A4 sized), it was so badly creased. I think the only way these creases might be able to be removed is by an industrial steamer. I was so disappointed I had no alternative than to return the jacket. I communicated with customer service who provided the return details and I was told in writing that once the item was returned I would get a full refund. Item was returned on 4 August and after weeks passed and no refund, I sent an email with tracking details as Ashford Clothing had received the jacket. I was then offered a 40% refund and to keep the item. I had already paid £13.plus for postage. I declined their offer and again asking for a full refund in accordance with their policy. To date (18 Oct), despite several emails, I have received no response. This is a terrible company and I would advise everyone "PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GOODS FROM ASHFORD CLOTHING. The items might look good on their website please do not use them.

Items don’t come or get delayed and arrive totally different to what they meant to look like
Quality is very poor
Avoid at all costs
They don’t reply if you ask for refund
Best to go show up at the offices than to keep emailing them as they don’t look at giving refunds

Do not order from this company. I stupidly did not read the reviews before I ordered from them. Says on website 5-7 days delivery but my order took 6 weeks! Dreadful service - kept telling me 5-6 more days. Offered a 25% refund as compensation. But this of course has not been made. The shoes were poor quality and I wished to return them but was horrified that, thinking this was a London based company, I was expected to pay postage to Netherlands. No reply to any of my further emails. This is simply the most awful company.

Awful awful awful. Terrible quality clothing, no returns, no customer service. I’ve emailed them 6 times and no reply. Wish I’d never stumbled across them on Google - they spend loads of money on sponsored ads just to get your money then never fulfil orders.

I placed an order with Ashford London Clothing on 20 September 2025 for several items that I needed for an event in early October. They took full payment immediately but only sent one poor-quality cardigan on the 13th October — with no labelling, no washing instructions, and nothing like what was advertised. The other item never arrived, and there’s been no response to my follow-up emails. The website provides no clear return instructions, and customer service is uncontactable.
This feels like a scam operation, and I have now reported it to my credit card company for investigation. Avoid this site at all costs.

I had a few questions about returning an item, and julia from support was really friendly. She explained everything clearly and the refund came through quickly after the parcel was delivered.

The dress is fine and matches the description, but shipping was slow and the updates weren’t very detailed. Support was friendly, though.

I fell victim! What a rogue company.
I ordered four items of clothing in September. They sent me an old rag. When I asked for a return label for a return and refund, they offered to refund 40% of the supposed cloth so that I could keep the rag. Otherwise, I will pay to ship it to the Netherlands. Please avoid them. They are evil!!!

It took around two weeks for my parcel to arrive, which made me a bit nervous. But once it got here, everything looked great and fit well. The quality is solid. It could have been faster, but in the end I’m satisfied.

O only read the reviews after I ordered – and I panicked a little. Luckily, everything arrived, and the quality was better than expected. Not perfect, but better than I feared.

Never order from this company - you have been warned! They sent the wrong item and are now asking me to send item back internationally at my own cost to get a refund. They responded generically to my emails and stated that I would only receive a refund if I sent item back at my own cost! This is unacceptable when they made the mistake!

I have initiated a dispute with my back and recieved a charge back immediately (love Chase Bank). I will return item once they provide me with prepaid postage details.

Also the item is very very poor quality.. You are basically buying cheap Temu style chinese clothing from a company posing to be UK/EU based

Delivery took close to a month and the quality of the products is absolutely shocking, please be aware and look at reviews, do not spend money with this terrible company

Item received is not the same as the item shown on the website. Poor quality, poor design and delivery took a very long time. Returns are to the Netherlands and no guarantee it will get there or be refunded. I wish I’d taken the time to read these reviews before I ordered. I do not recommend.

Terrible, still waiting for my order which hasnt arrived, I ordered it a month ago, Ive emailed to request a refund and they are basically ignoring me,

Orders boots over a month ago & never received them. Have emailed several times & had no response.

Terrible quality delayed shipping and have to pay to return to Netherlands and poor customer service and communication would never buy from them again better quality from Temu

DO NOT USE. AWFUL QUALITY. RETURN ADDRESS THE NETHERLANDS SO COSTS A FORTUNE FOR RETURN. BLOCKED MY EMAILS FOR COMPLAINING DO NOT USE

Wish I had seen this before I ordered. Got a thin felt material as a wool coat with no lining. Looks completely different to the picture after about a month of ordering.
This is shipped from outside uk and returns are to Netherlands - not sure if it is worth returning as the postage needs to be paid by the buyer and no guarantee they will return the money. Stay away. I’ve also noticed that there are other companies saying London / Oxford etc but the contact is an address in Netherlands. Lesson learnt

Ordered trainers for my husband in July. They said they were being shipped, then we received no further update. I emailed several times, submitted chat requests - nothing. I had to put a claim in through my bank.
Item never received and no further communication ever received from the company - other than sales emails! Actually terrible.

Second time writing a review about this absolutely horrible company!!!i bought 3 dresses altogether for a funeral but they sent me only one after more than a month and it was such a cheap quality,i had to return and paid £11.90 for the postage to Netherlands. And i told them to cancel the other two. No reply for a long time. I kept emailing them,they said they still haven’t received the item back so need to wait for that and the other two dresses are in transit and can’t cancel. So today as of 09/10/2025 when i tracked my return,Royal mail says Sorry unable to export this item as they’re unable to obtain the required information from the sender!!!So even the return address they provide is not legit. Its all fake!!!im so fuming right now. I even complained to the Netherlands police online but they said i have to contact the police in the uk even though they are based in Netherlands. I have lost almost £100. Everyone please please avoid this dirty scammers. I am sooo fuming right now
