I would not touch this company with a barge pole. They should not be trading and are a scam. They need to be investigated by the Trading Standards Authority. I ordered items worth nearly £70 in October 2025 and the items have never been sent. Emails i have sent to them just state the items are on their way. It is now February 2026. They are a scam.

Do not bother, 3 months and no item a has arrived and no response in trying to get a refund. FRAUD

Ordered on 25th November - it's n ow January and no sign of my coat or any reply!

Placed an order in October, still haven't got anything.
Sent several emails requesting an update or my money back.
The site seems to have gone down.
Worst experience ever!!!

I was not satisfied with my purchased items, very poor quality and not as expected, the items do not match the website's descriptions. I returned my purchase to arrange for a refund but the items was returned back to me without any refund.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I gave 1 star because I couldn't leave Zero. I ordered 2 coats in October which NEVER arrived although they provide an apparent tracking number! They do not reply to emails (numerous attempts).....and although the name may suggest it they ARE NOT based in London!!! Ship from abroad (if they ship!) I wish I had researched the company prior to ordering - you live and learn! In the end managed to obtain a refund through my bank!
From reading other reviews - when items are received the quality is extremely poor.

What a terrible place to buy anything. Bought a coat never arrived. A total scam. Taking other peoples hard earned cash. Don’t ever buy from them. SCAMMERS. You won’t get the goods you won’t see your money again. Still sending promotional crap.

Very bad customer support and long shipping time.

This company could improve by hopefully going out of business but I am sure that won’t happen total rubbish

I ordered what I thought was a winter coat. When it eventually arrived it was rolled into a very small bag and was so creased it was unrecognisable as a coat. The quality of said coat was so thin it wouldn't have kept you warm on a cool summers night!! I contacted the company to return it and was told it had to go back to the Netherlands by tracked courier, insured and at my cost. I said this was ridiculous and like everyone else offered a 30% discount and I could keep the coat. (This was a ridiculous idea) This offer I turned down and I never had any communication back from them again. I had to contact my credit card provider for help and they got me my money back in full.

Again, echo the reviews on here. Boots arrived and are not as pictured on the website. Cheap looking and zip did not work. Offered eventually a 30% refund but did not happen. I didn’t want the faulty boots! Emails received saying the shipping to Holland would be £25 but never supply an address to send it too. Please avoid!!!
They use slightly different companies as reviews are so negative but Ashford clothing / Ashford Clarke are all the same company . Just google them!

I can empathise with all the negative reviews. Placed an order 6 weeks ago and despite constantly emailing customer support, to date no response has been received but they have the nerve to send promotional emails each time i email them. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. They should not be trading!

Enquired about my order they responded and didnt hear from them. Sent numerous emails to request my money and they are choosing not to respond. They are not a british company as the shipping is from China. If i had known and also read the reviews i wouldnt have part with my money.

Ordered some Lego on the 8th October we are still waiting delivery looks like a scam company not responding to emails and also had no help from the Shop app so disappointed 😔

Ordered a wool jacket 27 October it still has not arrived and the e mail reply from support just said they were away from the office - what kind of a company is that?? chased again and giving them 3 days then I will claim from my bank - they are still sending me marketing e mails but I would not order from them again! DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE!

I gave 1 star because I couldn't leave Zero. I ordered 2 blazers from Ashford London. When they arrived, the quality was very poor and they didn't fit. I contacted Ashford to arrange a return and refund. After trying to fob me off with a 30% refund I eventually managed to convince them that I didn't want the items and I wanted a full refund. Ashford provided me with a return address and instructions on how to send them. I spent £18+ to have them delivered to the address in Holland. After a 3 week wait, the parcel was returned to me undelivered. Since then, despite numerous attempts to contact Ashford, I have been unable to get hold of them. I would strongly advise you to not buy anything from this appalling company. My experience suggests that the quality is very poor and the customer service doesn't even warrant the 'very poor' label - STEER CLEAR

Really clever comms team - no order to date received (nearly 2 months), emails are slightly aggressive and state that the order is still on the way. BUT their promotional email comms program really has you thinking they’re legit. Disgraceful scammers - looking at other reviews they really don’t care after they’ve taken your money. AVOID!

I have order coat from them 22 days still i didnt recive a order and i try to email them but didnt responce back and their product are so expensive but they never deliver product its fraud.

I ordered a velvet jacket which looked beautiful in their ad tbat I found on Google. It cost £52 99. When it arrived it was a revolting velour unlined garment with threads hanging down and stains on it...I have photos. I very politely, (so that there was hope of getting my money back), said the jacket was unsuitable...I was told I had to send it back to the Netherlands, not the English midlands, where it had come from, to get a refund. It cost me £12 in postage. I was told they have never received tbe package.....I knew in my bones there'd be some excuse for them to keep my money. This is nothing but a scam!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I placed an order for a dress with this company, which took six weeks to arrive. Upon receipt, the item was of very poor quality.

I have sent three separate emails to the company to express my concerns and request information on how to return the item, but I have received no response. This lack of communication and disregard for customer service is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before making any purchases from this company
