never got shoes I ordered. Contacted them and they said it would take longer to receive. It has been 2 months. now site looks no good

And this is what I get for not checking reviews before ordering from a sham company like Ashley and Joshua. Nothing but THIEVES and I will be pursuing any avenue for recompense

Ordered 2 items on February 8. Never arrived. Contact and home page has vanished. Its a SCAM

I purchased a pair of loafers and they took weeks to arrive. I’m pretty sure they were drop shipped from Temu or similar. The shoes are very thin and flimsy. Poor quality. Will not purchase from this website again.

I cant give a 0 star otherwise I would. Ordered shoes on Feb. 11, 2026 and no show. Now when trying to track the order the website says "store unavailable". Going to dispute through my credit card. Ridiculous!

I placed an order on Feb. 6, 2026 with an expected delivery time by March 6. I received multiple emails from the company within the week following the order date. On Feb. 14, received an “order update” email stating
“Our supplier has confirmed that stock is currently being replenished and is expected to be fully available within the next 72 hours. As soon as this step is completed, our team will continue processing your order with priority.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with all relevant details. Shipment is expected to take place within the next few business days.”
I didn’t receive any further emails and reached out via email on Feb. 28 to verify when to expect the order. They responded on March 3 to let me know my order is still on track and “Once your package arrives in the USA, the tracking will update with more detailed scans.” Now it is March 24 with no further communication from the company and their website states the store is unavailable.
I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and they instantly refunded my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order never received. I placed an order on Feb 5, 2026 and have never received my dress. I emailed and received the same response over and over that the product was on time. It has been more than 30 business days and now the customer service email address is no longer "found".

This is a scam website! Ordered (and paid for) a dress and never received it! Now their email has been discontinued! SCAM

I would actually give a ZERO if offered. Ordered shoes 7 weeks ago. Still have not received. I get notified AFTER I reach out that the order is on time and I should be getting the item in 7-14 days. I think it is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "SO CALLED" company

I recently reached out to the Ashley Joshua website’s customer service team regarding an issue, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

Communication felt slow and unhelpful, and my questions were not clearly addressed in the responses I received. Instead of resolving the concern directly, the replies seemed generic and lacked accountability. As a customer, I was hoping for a more solution-oriented approach, but the interaction left me feeling unheard and undervalued.

A strong customer service experience builds trust and confidence in a brand. In this case, the support did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect. I hope Ashley Joshua takes steps to improve response clarity, ownership of issues, and overall customer care.

At this time, I would hesitate to recommend the website based solely on my support experience.

I ordered Feb 5th and I still have not received my order. Tracking has not changed since day one. It’s been 25 days. Not happy

The items sent looked very different than the photos in fabrics and craftsmanship. Very very overpriced for what was received. When a return was requested, they wanted photos, $20 per each return item, and customer pays for shipping. Not happy! I doubt it would be worth it to try to return the items (ship to China)! For instance, the boots ordered said they were orthopedic. They were some of the mot painful shoes I have ever tried on. The sweater looked like it was made of a totally different fabric than what was shown in the pictures on the website. Fit was not true to size. I would not recommend to say the least!

Experience does not even rank 1 star. They do not guarantee anything. Quality is Extremely poor. Everything smells like plastic. The shoes actually were plastic. In addition to poor quality fabric....if it even qualified as fabric.......the sizing was off. They refuse to provide a refund but said I could keep the product and I could select something else. Expensive lesson to learn.

Just like many others, I was fooled by the below guarantee on their web site. I have been the same size shoe for 40 years and ordered a pair in my normal size. The shoe is way too big and they will not stand behind their guarantee. It took FOREVER to get the shoes, I had forgotten I ordered. I am still waiting for clothes I ordered and not expecting to be happy with that order.... If it ever arrives! HORRIBLE COMPANY

I bought shoes that were too small and color not as expected...
A replacement would not work becuse they were way too wide on my foot and way too short. A larger size would not solve width problem.

I saw on webpage that they had a 30 day money back guarantee...just return your unworn item within 30 days...
This is from email I received about doing a return...

"If you’d rather not go with a replacement, the only alternative would be to return the package to our supplier’s warehouse in Asia. Please note that in this case, the return shipping costs are at your expense, and once the package is received, a $20 restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund. Because the package goes through international shipping and customs, this process can take quite some time and carries the risk of delays or even loss. We cannot accept responsibility if the package does not arrive safely."
So deceptive and I wouldn't purchase anything from this company.

The dress that I ordered looked nothing like what turned up. It was approximately $110. When I tried to reach out to the company in order to return it that process became very complicated. I was offered to order something else, however the ability to do that never happen. I will never order anything from them again. Stay away. Their products might look nice online, but they do not look like that in real life. Just like most of the stuff that comes from China.

My experience is the same as all of the reviews here. The dress looks nothing like what I ordered. When I requested a return and refund, I was told I was responsible for shipping costs, it would have to go to Asia, and could get lost. DO NOT order from this company. They did offer a 60% off discount which I will not be using.

I looked at reviews before ordering from this company and most sounded favorable. Once I ordered and waited and waited and saw it was coming from an international company I knew I had been duped. I can’t even describe how terrible the quality is, nothing I received looks anything like what I ordered from online through Pinterest site. It is all a piece of trash that I won’t ever wear and will just toss out. DONOT ORDER from this company. I know better than to even try for a refund but I will email customer support and tell them how bad this is!!!! So discouraged and disappointed!
