From the leather upper to the lining, the quality is excellent, and they fit perfectly on the feet. Crucially, they also come with comfortable insoles and height increasing insoles, so walking all day isn't tiring.

Huge shout-out to their customer support team. I accidentally placed an order with an old apartment number late on a Friday and thought I was out of luck. I reached out through live chat and the agent fixed it right away before the order went out. The shoes arrived at the correct address just in time for my event. That level of service is hard to find and really appreciated.

while you can, do not buy these shoes or think you’re any different and you’ll get them. i am still awaiting my delivery with no response at all. Order 6470

These guys don’t respond to emails. I have requested them to return the shoes as they were completely different and bad quality.

I being trying to contact them from long but no response.

I received the order . But the size it is to small even if I have a lot of shoes the same size .They advertised in their website that you can return for free.

It is more than 4 days that I sent the email asking for the return label and still no answer.

I guess almost 200$ lost for me

The support team was kind enough to provide me a free insole to help, even though the shoes still fit a little bit bigger than I had expected. The quality is also good; we'll see how they hold up.

Great shoes, I think you guys has to deal with some tough customers before but your shoes are actually exactly as described and overall I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered a pair of Adigano- Luxury red bottom shoes. The shoes don't even have a name on them. Bottom of shoes are dark brown. On the inside they just have a number 961-9275(2.5). A card that says omde came with them written in Chinese. They are a hard plastic with a strong odor of shoe polish or dye. These shoes came from China! I need a full refund. These are not what I ordered, as advertised.

I am Vanessa Carrington and I ordered 2 pair of shoes for my husband. A brown and black pair.
According to your shoe size chart a 42 I think, said it's for a 7 and a half. However, both pairs are grossly too big for my husband.
What should I do to get the correct size?
I understand sending items back but I have no account number, nothing to identify this order is for me.

Order #4152. Adigano red bottom luxury shoe purchase on 12/11/2023 with advertised 5-10 days shipping. To date my order was not received. No information can be had with the tracking number. I am very disappointed and seek a refund

I originally ordered a pair of Lo Stovalo genuine leather boots to later be told they were out of stock. I picked a pair of WIBO Boots and a pair or ARDITO 3 Oxfords that were on sale to make up the difference. The WIBO’s were delivered first and I knew right
away that no part of the boots were leather as advertised. Some Chinese Replica . The ARDITO 3 Oxfords finally arrived and they were legit as described. This place is definitely scamming people intermittently to stay under the Radar. Buyers beware!!! They also advertise free return shipping to no avail upon request for a return label. The Boots I originally ordered are still available on the site. I found the same ARDITO Oxfords on AliExpress for half the price. I know for a fact that these guys are buying Shoes for a cheaper price and selling them for twice as much and/or having fake ones made and shipped from China. I knew something was wrong when my package arrived from a warehouse in California Under the name Cainio with a #23. The second fake Chinese replicas I’ve received from this facility. I will be reporting this to the US government listing of fraudulent websites. Yes, after this review I was issued a refund. I was finally emailed a return label and asked to return both pairs of shoes. I went back to AliExpress and bought the same shoes. Ashour shoes changed the name of the shoes and didn’t reveal the original brand or designer. Daniel wafer and Felix Chu.

Loved the style and the quality of the leather boot, haven't found such quality in a very long time.

I didn't expect the shoes to be this good
but actually I have just got them and I'm very happy with the quality.who knows I may even get another pair soon

I can hardly believe any review of more than one star. The shoes have cheap rubber soles and as far from their description as is possible...."Christian Louboutin inspired suede loafers are handmade to perfection by our top artisans". What a joke. Order number #4102.
And the soles are not red, more a sort of dark redish brown!

I got loafers with an alligator print, they were actually better than some $350 shoes I got in a luxury wear shop.

This is a daylight robbery.
I ordered what I thought was leather brogues, but I received a plastic pair of shoes which has no resemblance to the image displayed. I’m just wondering how they are allowed to scam people and get away with this. I’m just looking at how to return them and receive reimbursement.
