Not as described

When I purchased two necklaces on the 3rd April they were both advertised as silver on the website when I received both of them they are definitely not silver, when looking at the website again it’s changed to state they are stainless steel.

One necklace arrived broken, not as described and the 2nd is just not as described.

The company state on the website it’s UK based but the items were shipped from china.

I would not recommend purchasing from here.

I wish I came here earlier...

I'm totally disappointed of products. On site they write "Each piece at Ashveil is carefully selected and crafted from 925 sterling silver" and then I'm finding out all of them are stainless steel. If I knew I wouldn't buy it,but I suggested what they wrote in "what's included". It's false advertisement.

It’s a scam!

It’s a scam!! All images of items on the website has been stolen from other websites. ALL items can all be found on Temu for under £5. They claimed to be in London yet all of their shipments come from China… when you receive the jewellery it comes in a clear plastic bag with a Chinese sticker label on there just like when you buy things like n Temu. The jewellery doesn’t even last for two days before you have issues and it starts to turn your skin green and when you contact customer services they give you a load of bullshit excuses so that they don’t have to give you money back or accept the return item. They claim they are selling all items that cheaper prices as they are closing down, they are not closing down. They’re simply scamming you. Multiple people on Facebook have had the same experience and have given reviews on their Facebook page too.
I wish I could give them zero stars, but unfortunately that’s not an option.
