Effective for insomnia

l have taken it for 3 months and are slowing seeing the benefits. As with any medication, it is advisable to start on the low dose of 600mg. People with sensitive stomach need to take precaution as it does cause nausea and headache so l sometime take yoghurt to relieve the nausea. The timing of taking the herb is vital as it does cause drowsiness if taken in the morning. Best to take the 1st dose at 5pm and the last dose at 9pm. Unless you require it to take it to reduce anxiety , take it in the morning but be mindful if you have to drive.
It is a good remedy for those with sleep disorder especially interrupted sleep pattern but another good remedy for circadian rhythm is circadin pre-scripted. It is melatonin which is freely available in US but not in UK. GP can give prescription under the name Circadin.
