Even though my personal experience of Asian d8 was extremely short, the customer service offered by Chris was really helpful and supportive. He helped me in more ways than one, and I am indebted on how he took the time to understand things from my end.

He actually listened and talked through my options. He explained everything and their impact on how things may turn out. He really is an asset to the company.

All in all, very impressed with the customer service and Chris definitely deserves a promotion. If you would like any further information then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Last year, I chatted to someone from the site. He lied about his age and marital status. He became threatening and abusive very quickly. When I phoned the Asian D8 customer service, the person on the phone was patronising, indifferent, blasé. She was so monotone I wasn't even sure if she was human or a robot!! She was too lazy to even PRETEND to care!!!

I have enjoyed using Asiand8 and would recommend it to people who are looking for that special someone in their lives! I have enjoyed going to events and meeting new people all in the hope of meeting my Mr Right and when I did, I had to let everyone know how great Asiand8 is! I highly recommend using Asiand8 and would encourage people to get themselves down to the events, they are great fun and not as daunting as I had thought!

Having been to a number of events with asian d8. Each event has been as good as the last. The asian d8 team are so helpful and are always ready to help with any questions and calming down nerves before any event . Defo worth a go if your looking to meet your special someone .

Theres so many stalkers on this site!! If you're a girl stay away unless you want to get constantly harassed by weirdos!

Web site is super easy to use with lots of potential matches. Been to a few events and the staff and organisation has been really welcoming. Great customer service to top things off!

I think AsianD8 is a great site and definitely worth trying. It's easy and simple to use and I personally think it does exactly what it needs to. Although i've not yet found "the one" my experience has been great and I think this type of platform is a great way to meet women I wouldn't meet otherwise. I also think the help you get from the team (if you need it) is great! Quick response too.

I've not yet been to any of the events but definitely looking forward to trying it out soon.

Experience with the team behind the scenes has be good, as they responded quickly & efficiently. Experience of the website is ok but not much interaction with people, even if your the first to send a message they dont seem to read it or reaf yiur profile. As it seems many ate judt looking at your profile picture and basing their decuon on that, which probably explains why i am getting a lot of waves & message's from younger guys.... Not what im lokking for if im honest!

The website is really easy to use!! I haven't found my mr.right yet but i defo feel the service provides a platform in order for me to do so. Having said that! The events are great fun and i definitely recommend people to give it a go :) !! Xx Maria

I have AsianD8 to thank for finding and marrying my now wife! This platform is very user friendly and accounts for cultural needs too. Even though we initially lived far apart, the use of AsianD8 allowed us to connect and meeting was safe and easy. Since our match the guys at AsianD8 have kept in touch and have been able to share in our joy! We even received flowers and a card on returning from our honeymoon!!

The events are quite fun and relaxed. What's good is that there's always something going on. The profile page is well thought out so it's easier to get an idea of someone if they have filled in all the sections and if they have any preferences. It's great that you can add more than a couple of pictures because people can look very different and finally they offer you some good advice and tips.

The online interface and the event-locations are very good - professional standard.

A couple of small glitches with event bookings were resolved quickly.

I would like to say the customer service is excellent. Chris from asiand8 has helped me with guidence and advice.If i have had a problem with the service, he has resolved it.Chris is professional and patient and listens to how he can help . I had a issue with my bankers card payment.Chris chased this up with finance straight away. Then he called me back to kindly explain, i appriciated that very much. I would recommend asiand8 to everyone go for it.

The time was changed for an event at the last minute but when I emailed I was told then that I can attend another event instead, then I got busy with job change as my company was not doing well. Few months later, when I got a new job, I wanted to book the event, but I was told by the organiser that I should have booked the event earlier. I tried explaining that there was no end date mentioned for the other event, but he asked me to forward him some email proof. I requested him to check with someone in his team, but he just said that it was not possible.
