On time, reliable, good communication, solid and consistent service. Products esp veggies exceptionally fresh. One star less due to meat delivery I suggest to be put in an insulated bag to keep it fresh.

Great product range, delivery is superb and excellent price

I like how the website is easy to navigate. I like the use of icons for the product categories; the individual tick boxes for denoting allowing substitutions; how I can compile a favourites list; how I can get inspo for meals in their recipes section (and auto add ingredients to my cart) and; how I can opt for eco friendly packaging.

It would help me if there was a clear, large over-riding ‘X’ to exit/close the drop down list of my cart items as I seem to click X to accidentally remove cart items instead of exiting my cart.

I really appreciate the next day delivery option available as I see this feature as part of the convenience of online shopping.

I love the variety of items on offer, esp Asian specialty ingredients like nam seasoning, cha lua, kbbq meats, Vietnamese mint, fresh pandan leaves, fresh rice noodles, tofu chips and more. I also love the range of options within each product (like the number of options available for fish sauce and rice). The more items the better! Would love to see even more fresh veg and Korean/Japanese products.

Would love a guide on storing the fresh meat, its best before date and whether it is fresh or frozen.

Option to leave with authority is critical for me as there’s a lot of stress if I’m told my order cannot be left unattended.

The ability to track my estimated delivery arrival is GOLD. It allows me to use my time more efficiently and arrange for items to be put away quickly after they are delivered. Big delivery windows with no order tracking is a big deterrent when it comes to online shopping for me.

The team members I have interacted with behind this business have always been very helpful and sincere in their service, from ordering to invoicing and on-site delivery.
