  1. Asian Grocery Shop

Written by the company

Asian Pantry is an Australian-based online grocery store specialising in authentic Asian food products. Since launching in 2020, the team has worked hard to make everyday Asian groceries accessible and affordable—especially for those living outside major cities. Whether you’re after your favourite instant noodles, sauces, snacks, frozen foods or specialty pantry items, they carry a wide range of trusted brands from Korea, Japan, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines and more. The website is easy to use, with regular specials, preorder options, and seasonal promotions. Shipping is fast and reliable, and the products arrive well-packed, even for frozen items. For those in Melbourne, a convenient pick-up option is also available from their warehouse in Springvale. What sets Asian Pantry apart is their commitment to community. They often support local causes and donate to food rescue organisations like FareShare and FOFA. Their customer service team is responsive and friendly, always happy to help with order queries or product requests. With over 5,000 items and growing, Asian Pantry is a go-to destination for anyone looking to stock up on Asian groceries. Their service is trusted by individuals and businesses alike—and it shows in the thousands of positive reviews from happy customers.

I ordered Japanese noodles and sauces…

I ordered Japanese noodles and sauces from Asian Pantry and was extremely impressed with the quality and speed of delivery. They have a decent selection of Japanese products, I found what I was looking for, and they offer free shipping on orders over $130, so it's worth stocking up. I recommend it.

Fair Prices, Good Selection

My experience with AsianPantry has been impressive, what I would expect from purchasing from an online store. Regular shipping updates, fair pricing and a good selection of items.

Wnat my 10 can that I paid for

I spent $122.84 on items. When I received the package I notice that instead of 12 cans of red bull they only sent 2. I emailed them twice and rang no reply. A day later I get a text asking me to send a screenshot (I assume they meant photo) of my package and picking slip to the email address that I have already sent a complaint to with no reply. As soon as I had hit sent I got an instantly reply from Aiman Saricule who apologized for the missing cans and told me that they double check all orders. Well mate you didn't this time and telling me that you do don't make it true. also told that I would receiver a refund while they investigate. I polity refused and ask that they send the 10 can I had paid for. Only to be meet with silence again.
