Oh yeah. This is almsot like Groupon, but they had good promos with esports team I folowed, so decided to join these ones instaead. The customer support is better as well, in my view.

From the moment we first connected with Asia Trip Deals, we knew we were in good hands. To be honest, we were initially a little hesitant about booking through an overseas company, being based in New Zealand, and the worry of scams did cross our minds. Planning & Customisation
Lisa went above and beyond in helping us create a detailed, customised itinerary for our group of seven. Even when other friends joined us partway, she effortlessly folded them into our activities so everyone felt included. She was incredibly patient (not always easy when you’re wrangling a group of women all wanting slightly different things!) and her recommendations were spot on.
One special request was for a 3-day cruise instead of the usual 2, as we wanted to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday on the water. Lisa made it happen seamlessly, and the team onboard went out of their way to make my sister feel special — she was thoroughly spoilt, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime memory.

Guides & Local Experience
Our guides were exceptional throughout. They weren’t just knowledgeable and professional — they were warm, welcoming, and quickly felt like friends.
Vin stood out in particular. His flexibility and easygoing nature meant we could go with the flow, and he always made us feel safe and cared for.
Ashley, our main guide, was another highlight: such a vibrant, accommodating young woman who made everything feel effortless.
By the end, we considered not just our guides, but even crew members like James and Y on the ship, as friends.

Accommodation & Transport
The logistics were flawless. From spacious, air-conditioned vans that made travelling between cities comfortable, to well-chosen hotels, everything was handled smoothly. We only had one small hiccup with accommodation, but Lisa immediately stepped in and resolved it so quickly that it barely felt like a problem.

Highlights & Memories
Vietnam and Cambodia are extraordinary, but having the trip so well planned allowed us to fully soak in every moment. Some standouts were:
Hoi An – an absolute must. The colours, sounds, food, coffee, shopping, and people made it unforgettable.
Ho Chi Minh & Mekong River trip – from visiting a local village for lunch to a coconut factory and more, it was a day full of discovery and delight.
Ba Na Hills – absolutely breathtaking and left us speechless.

Every day felt engaging, safe, and full of adventure. It wasn’t just relaxing — it was immersive, energising, and truly special.

If I had to sum up our trip in three words: safe, amazed, wowed.

Since sending my query on Asia Trip Deals ad on Instagram it has been smooth sailing from there. I was contacted by the wonderful Lisa. Lisa has been working her magic from day one. She uses WhatsApp for communicating and the communication is prompt and transparent. She is always available before or after hours to answer any questions which reassure me that the work is being done in the background for my family and I to have wonderful and unforgettable stay in Vietnam. We got to Vietnam on 9/01/2025 and the welcome from our guide, Marcus, who we highly recommend was the key to starting the holiday the right way. We had the best two weeks travelling through Vietnam ( 2 adults, 2 teenagers) We had an ideas, what we wanted to see, and our travel designer from Asia trip deals, made it happened from scratch. The itinerary, hotels, tour guides, pick ups, drop off's, domestic flights, train, cruise and all the important informations were without a single fault. I travelled with a friend to Vietnam and gave a hard time to Emma-Lee from Asia Trip Deals beforehand, since I changed the plan about six times! She was throughout very kind and patient and helpful! She was also very reliable. Whatever she had promised, was kept and we could fully relax during the trip knowing we were in good hands. Everything was perfectly and efficiently organised, drivers were always on time. The timings for visits were perfectly estimated in advance, we din't have to rush or wait anywhere. In 2 hotels our rooms were upgraded thanks to Asia Trip Deals! I can only suggest Asia Trip Deals for you vacations!

We can’t say enough about Emma from Asia Trip Deals in Vietnam as our Cambodia and Vietnam travel expert. She listens and takes time understand what is important to us.

She was professional and went beyond her duty of care to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. I recently did a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia through Asia Trip Deals. Our agent Emma was amazing in assuring that we were able to do all that we wanted. As there was 3 of us we actually did a private tour which was fantastic for a little extra. The vehicle, drivers and tour guides in each city where great. Nothing was too much and the accommodation was also incredible for the locations and rating. We requested central and close to markets and each one was perfect.

My grandaughter Sarah (16) and I had our first trip together. Thanks to Emma's support and the program we travelled from Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, by train to Hoi An for an unforgetable 3 days of cycling, enjoying the lantern festival on full moon, visiting the tailor, and generally relaxing in very comfortable accommodation with great support from the staff.
We then headed south to Ho Chi Min City by train, experiencing the beautiful scenery all the way. In Ho Chi Min we did the tours of the delta and the tunnels. It was awesome to hear the guides explain the local's view of the social views of the time, across the areas we travelled. We then took the bus across to Phnom Penh, then to Siem Reap, and Ankor Wat.
We enjoyed meeting the locals as well as other tourists along the way.

After researching our options, We decided to try and organise out trip within Vietnam. We found Asia Trip Deals online and it was the best decision ever. Emma our consultant went over and above to organise the most memorable, wonderful, amazing, well organised honeymoon we could have ever imagined. Everything was timed to perfection. Having never been to Vietnam and Cambodia before we not quite sure what to expect. We were greeted by our driver who was there with his sign for us. Were taken to our hotel. Every step of our journey was perfect. All transfers to airports, hotels, being picked up for day tours, walking tours, everything. Emma organised the best possible mix of experience so we could experience the real Vietnam and Cambodia. We always felt that we had support there for us as Emma was available on Whatsapp. We were able to enjoy every single moment of our trip. Thank you Emma and Asia Trip Deals for arranging an awesome and unforgettable vacation in Vietnam. We were 4 friends who were planning for Vietnam and were confused how to kick start and complete our trip in 10 days within budget. Right then we got in touch with Emma and she handled everything for us, starting from our trip itenary, domestic flights, accomodations and must visit places. Our entire trip was fun filled and knowledgeable, all thanks to the tour guides provided to us, they were super friendly, helpful and filled with enthusiasm. The trip deal included few good dining options to enjoy local food, loved it. We strongly recommend Asia trip deals if you are planning a trip to place you have never been before. We took a two week trip to Vietnam. This was a great tour and thanks to Asia Trip Deals!!!. The sites visited were excellent. The accommodations were fantastic. All the tour guides were very well organized, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating who made the whole experience amazing. Overall the service we received far exceeded our expectations. I was a female solo traveller and from my first email, I was made to feel important. I detailed the countries I wanted to go to and the time frame. You can also tell them all the things that you want to see and do. I had nothing specific so I left it to my consultant, Helen. She only had 1 month to organise for me to go to Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia for 4 weeks.
Over a short time she came up with an itinerary. We worked through this with a few small changes – but I always felt that nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out for me. If I did not understand something, it was explained to me. I received all the necessary information to do my visas online and all the internal flights and travel were organised. I did not want 5 star hotels so went with 3 star. It was great, all the hotels were right in the middle of the action, were very clean and friendly – after all, you are only sleeping there a short while so gives you more to spend on your holiday. Even once you are into your holiday Helen was still in contact with me to make sure everything was as expected. Again, if you wanted a change along the way, they were only too happy to fix for you. My final itinerary became my nightly bible read so that I knew what was expected the next day. I got to meet with Helen when I reached Hanoi which was really nice.
I was so impressed with their service that I endeavoured to inform all the people I encountered along the way about their capabilities. I always felt very safe wherever I went and it was great being picked up from the airport & taken back. A great service if you want this.

If you are planning to travel in Vietnam, you can visit many Temples and historical sites on your own, however, if you wish to experience the culture and see the people in their everyday life activities you would be best advised to have a local trip planning agency coordinate your trip. We used Asia Trip Deals and were very happy with the service they provided. Ms.Helen did a wonderful job for us. By personalizing the tour we were able to get so much more out of our trip. She arranged excellent accommodations in the heart of the old City in Ha Noi which is where you want to be to get a real flavour of the busyness of the streets and industriousness of the Vietnamese people. We travelled to Lao Cai by train and by car to Bac Ha and visited the local market which happens every Sunday. Try to get there early as things wrap up around noon. The mountain tribal people in the Sapa area were more than friendly and the Staff at the Aira Boutique hotel did everything they could to accommodate us. We visited Hoi An and our guide arranged for us to have diner at a fish restaurant normally only frequented by locals, it was a blast ! All the traditional sites of interest in Ho Chi Minh city were taken in and we were off to the Mecong Delta, where again we visited the local people, having lunch in a Vietnamese home after travelling by sampan down a tributary of the Mecong river. We finished our trip in Siem Reap, visited the Cambobian Temples and attended a diner theatre in the evening enjoying a rendition of Cambodian traditional ballet. We were very impressed with our trip and the excellent planning provided for us.

I went to the 3 countries listed in the title March of 2019 without any knowledge of the countries whatsoever. Asia Trip Deals was nice enough to send me information on all the countries I was visiting and also advise me on all the possible dangers. Also what was very relaxing and helpful was the person who heloed me every single day of the tour, Helen Vuong. She kept in touch via WhatsApp every single day, gave suggestions on what was near my hotel, ensured all the tour guides treated me well, acted as a liasion in some cases, but most importantly became like an aunt to me and made sure I was safe and having fun. I truly got a family like experience from the company and I was doing this trip solo. It was unforgetable.
