Service was great! Easy to buy and good communication when things started moving. The wait time to start the process was a little long and the price wasn’t very competitive (but at least I've got the miner). Other then that love the machine, it’s working great!

Excellent customer service any questions are answered politely and promptly. Had an issue on my end and they kept to the price which I appreciated. Shipping was above excellent got my package faster then I thought possible. I've dealt with other companies and these are the best at customer service, price and shipping. ASIC Kings has help me build a fleet of 60 miners. I have experienced growing pains with them from time to time but overall they are a great company, they have earned my respect and trust!

We are a small company that have grown a bit bigger with the help of asickings. They always supply us with great products and offers.
The customer service it's pretty fast, they are sometimes late in response, but it's all good (I do understand "pick times").
Shipping always free, they include insurance, tracking and all of those things.

As I said early, I never had any complaints about them, about their products all working perfectly.
