A Single Song Review is great - a nice mix of genres from week to week, entertainingly reviewed. I especially love the 'for fans of' section to find similar artists if you like the song, and the playlists are a source of amazing music I wouldn't have found any other way too!

the reviews are really good! kinda short and sometimes you wish there was a little more substance but the layout is bite-sized so really good for on-the-go reading if you don't have a lot of time. it makes it great to read on commutes to work or right before bed etc.

Great website and great songs to review, very easy and fun and I enjoy writing reviews a lot. The website is so easy and convenient and the emails are great too.

Cool concept, maybe a bit heavy on the introduction emails, but excited to get some new recommendations into my inbox!

I really love this review site. The writer is very honest in their opinions while still remaining objective and unbiased. They sprinkle their personality into their writing (notably the occasional spelling mistakes that remind you these were written by a Real Human Being) which gives a very personalised and welcoming feel. The writing is technical and professional but in a way that still caters to readers that do not understand musical jargon (like myself. i know absolutely nothing about production or mixing or whatever but these emails are the highlight of my week). They never miss a week and put so much heart into what they do, and that really shows. It's also almost exclusively small bands so if that's what ur looking for, look no further! Honestly I could write about this site for hours, it's so good, but why don't you check it out for yourself instead?
