Troubleshooting, and guidance was spot on. It's been a very frustrating week with this new Internet service that has allowed me not to work and cost me thousands of dollars for such a horrible service. It is a business account so they should not even allowed a representative to send me this AT&T air modem. I did not solve the problem but I received great guidance that will allow me to cancel this service and restart with my original service again. I need the Internet and not one where I'm looking at a spinning wheel and falling asleep as I'm waiting on three different devices on my laptop my iPhones and my TV

My Issue has now been fixed, but I will leave this review in as a warning to others.
Had a minor issue with Uber and was directed to this Third Party Site for resolution.
They told me it was going to cost $1 for a year of ongoing support, so I said OK since I couldn't go any further with Uber's Chatbot.
Shortly afterwards I was notified by PayPal that two charges had gone through for this company. One was for the dollar, but as a subscription, so I cancelled future payments. The real killer was the second one. $69 for an annual subscription which I had NOT agreed to. Tried to contact the "seller" as PayPal asks you to.
The phone # was not connected. These charges were refunded but others should be aware that this happens. It is the second time in the last year that this has happened to me.

Was upset as i felt i was misdirected to this site whilst trying to find a particular company`s customer services, you are asked to pay a refundable £1, to get access, but by paying that £1 , "in the small print it says that you are actually signing up to a £24 a month technical support service... once i found all of this out and explained that i did not want this service, within half an hour it was all resolved

It was not a great experience because it took one Optus expert and a dippy-dopey old guy an hour to change 25 into a less hazardous number. That said, the Optus helper was patient with his clunky customer and was tolerant of the humour the customer displayed to mitigate his own frustration with a simply-fixable 4-day problem that was so time-consuming to track down.
