Let me make it clear here for all;
This website and two more are managed by one lady. I wasted a few hours discovering the truth behind the low prices! Please don't waste your money, and keep away from this distributor and buy your stuff from a trusted supplier with a high satisfaction rating on Trustpilot, as I think this lady will make more websites with different numbers and fake addresses soon; it is such a profitable business!

I received a random text message on my WhatsApp that apparently I have ordered some prescription and I need to pay £30. Upon making query I was directed to ask-pharmacy website. I never ordered any prescription from them. They even sent me fake order note.
Please stay away from them.

Sent skin booster product with a couple of weeks date. Did not highlight this or sell cheaper as short dated products. They have ignored all correspondence regarding this and have even ignored 'faces' the app on which I purchased through. Will not shop with agaub

Be aware the they send you fake items, this was picked up by the manufacturer and instructor at a conference! I was shocked

Used Javed at Ask for a few years now and always been super happy with the service and super fast reply time and support
Today the delivery ( DPD) driver took a lovely picture of my front door but didn’t knock and wait for me to answer I was home !
I informed Ask and they immediately recalled that package as DPD refused to believe I was home.
Apparently at 8.30 this morning all my neighbours were on the missing list too 😂
Within minutes Ask have resent me a new tracking number for my new package to come out to me today for arrival tomorrow
Absolutely love this company and wouldn’t use anyone else

Got my address wrong twice even after I corrected it with them the first time! So just basically paid them for postage for products that could not arrive because they got address wrong and then had to have long chat message with a abrubt sales person who wanted to pas the blame onto anything but Ask so they don’t have to pay their mistake!! I have used all of the pharmacy’s and this one is by far the most unprofessional of them all and will never use again .

If I could give zero stars I would! Product still not arrived and I paid for next day delivery. No answer via telephone or email. Have lost out on business!!

Absolutely appalling service. I paid for next day delivery before 10am and didn’t receive the product.i thought maybe there was a delay so i rang,emailed and still have had no response. i have not received the product 5 days later and had no update.would never order again from here as i lost business.Do not order from ask pharmacy they are absolutely shocking and rip you off .

I ordererd from this company 3 weeks ago and their courier service claimed I received the item. I immediately notified them and sent them pictures of my property to show that my property did not match the one their courier service claimed to have delivered it to. Till date they only sent a message saying they have raised the case but never got back to me or updated me.

We purchased a product from this company online. Next thing we knew, someone emailed and sent a WhatsApp (not that we gave authorisation to use our phone number, assuming it was for delivery purposes only!) to ask for documentation, when none had been mentioned or required before they took our money.

Due to travelling the same day and needing the product urgently, one of us ended up sourcing it elsewhere. Since then we have emailed this company no less than 8 times asking for a refund and they are just ghosting us, even though we cancelled the order in accordance with their terms and conditions (before they sent the product out - which they claimed they couldn't without the documentation - and within 12 hours of placing the order).

They no longer respond to messages or emails and we have had to pursue our money (for a not inconsiderable sum) via the credit card company, which requires 2 months to investigate and revert.

We will never do business with them again and urge everyone to investigate this online website that doesn't appear to be on the up and up.
