She was very kind on the phone as well after a very stressful experience trying to set up a new device. resolved our issue in about 2 minutes compared to the hour and half we had been trying to fix it ourself! The AI sucked but Gaia was so helpful!
The experience with the AI Alex assistant was frustrating and it passed me onto Gaia, who was (a real person and) MUCH better!

I have lived in multiple properties over the past 10 years, and multiple times at each of the properties.
My devices just needed to get sorted out with the correct username and password. And then I want to deleted older ones. It was nice having a live operator assist because sometimes devices operating systems remember things, and sometimes they don't.

Had a great experience with the customer support. Initially had a quick conversation with the first line support engineer via email even at midnight which was surprising. I was then forwarded to the live chat support the following day to fully resolve the issue. I was assisted by Gaia, who was extremely professional and fast in finding the solution to my issue. They were amazing, and even helped me understand the reasoning for the fault for my own curiosity! Had a pretty frustrating WiFi issue today — honestly, it was driving me crazy! But I’m so relieved it’s finally sorted.

Issue resolved, supportive and helpful staff
I had some problems with my wired connection (WiFi was still working) and was assisted by Daniel Brandt from Ask4 over the phone. He certainly is one of the most helpful staff members I have ever spoken to from this company. Daniel was very patient and tried everything he could to help me fix the issue. It took us over an hour with a few e-mails exchanged back and forth; and luckily, the connection was finally restored in the end. Definitely recommend Ask4, especially if you live in a student accommodation.
