So far so good

So far so good. Talked me through what they were going to do. They are sending me a new ink cartridge to replace a defective one at no charge to me.

Wonderful

Wonderful, The tech has so many patience, in helping an old non computer literate person. A lot more patience that I would ever have if I was in his place.
