I would not sign up.

I was trying to nominate best casino. This website had me bouncing around and I could do that because it was not enabled in my county?! I think it's just a lure or clickbait I suppose they call it, to get you onto these other websites. The platform itself has too many options and links. I will be deactivating my account.

Super dissapointed

Super dissapointed. Someone mention these guys to me and i was hoping it would help, but co uldnt be more wrong.

I have a issue with Slotmonster promising me money back in 2024 which they never gave me after providing everything they asked. I sent complaint to the license in early april may 2025 and have been ignored since.

I contacted Askgamblers and they refuse to help because i have sent the license a complain, and Askgamblers told me the complaints usually take 3 weeks to 3 month, but i sent complaint over 9 month ago and ignored.

Askgamblers dont understand that when its been so long they will never reply.

I really thought Askgamblers was legit and want to help but has been proving to me now that its all just lie.

I do not recommend wasting your time with them, if casinos owe you money just know you will never see it nomatter what. Dont bother with these guys, super dissapointed with how they cannot understand simple things as well.

Yes, i sent complaint to their website over 10 month ago and it was obvious they were not going to review it and i sent you all the proofs needed and yet you refused. Stop with the BS lying. I have every proof to back up, and yet you ignore every email i send and then you send me bonus offers on email, thats how disgusting you guys are.
They have also banned my IP so i cant use their website anymore. Please stay away

Several of your complaints were rejected because the required supporting evidence was not provided despite being requested, while others were submitted in violation of our guidelines (including duplicate submissions and cases already escalated to a regulatory authority). The AskGamblers Complaint Service cannot intervene when a dispute is already under review by a regulator, and we cannot proceed without the necessary documentation needed to properly assess a claim.

Our role is to provide an independent mediation platform under clearly defined rules that apply equally to all users. When those rules are not followed, the complaint cannot be processed further.

For anyone using the service, we strongly recommend carefully following the AGCCS guidelines and providing the requested information so our team can conduct a fair and thorough review of the case.

AskGamblers allowed 7Reels to steal my money

AskGamblers allowed 7Reels Casino to get out of paying me.

They then blacklisted 7Reels anyway and now give them a 1/10 rating.

I am utterly disgusted by the service I received from AskGamblers. They said the casino provided evidence that I was so-called multi-accounting, but they refused to show me said evidence.

I played on 7Reels for many years and always had only one account.

There could not have been any evidence that I had more than one account, as I didn't. If 7Reels supplied this so-called evidence, then it could only have been fabricated.

The incident happened in late September/early October 2022.

7Reels has subsequently closed down.

AskGamblers is a lifesaver for players! 5 stars is not enough!

I cannot thank AskGamblers enough for their incredible work. I had a serious issue with BC.Game casino where they blocked all my withdrawal options, preventing me from taking out my 212 EUR. I felt helpless as support gave me no real solutions.
However, as soon as I filed a formal complaint here on AskGamblers, a miracle happened: within 24 hours, my withdrawal options were suddenly 'unlocked' and I received my money immediately! It is clear that casinos fear and respect the authority of AskGamblers.
