I couldn't get a casino operator to credit my deposit and after AskGamblers got involved the issue was resolved.
Without their help I would be out $500.

Askablers you are the best! I can't give a single negative review on your platform! I shouldn't offend anyone! Especially if you write the whole truth! Like the C-profile categorization, when the system treats you as a bonus hunter and you automatically get a C profile, where there is no and no luck! You probably won't like what I wrote here either! But you get 5 stars from me because Truspilot makes my opinion public! Because unfortunately Truspilot is the same! If I give 2 stars, it no longer makes my opinion public! In the meantime, people should be informed about what category C means! If many people knew this, online casinos would probably cease to exist! They would all go bankrupt!!

Yeah I try to have ask gamble to help to retrieve my winnings and they refuse just like the casino definitely don't ask them they don't care about your money they only care that they look good don't use them they will not help you is all a lie *update they respond is a lie nothing is wrong with my bank as a matter of fact I just received my winnings from another casino so is not my bank is the casino and they don't want to be held responsible for the error that they can't even fix neither you guys wanted to help so yeah is all lie that you guys are telling by responding to this and you guy blocked me for what I didn't swear or threaten anyone so this just show how much you guys care none at all this is proof that any that talk bad or try to tell the truth about how you guys operate you just blocked them and you think that going to make me shut up nah now I'm definitely will show the world about you guys thank you for the proof that I need it to show who you guy are thank you

I believe AskGamblers may be biased…

I believe AskGamblers may be biased toward the casinos.
I submitted a complaint regarding a deposit issue, but they marked the case as resolved without even taking my point into account. It seems that the platform doesn’t genuinely address player concerns and may prioritize the casinos interests instead.

Edit:-
Having multiple accounts in Askgamblers gives nothing. I created one account by mistake if you check my account it's not even active.

Secondly don't tell lie that u guys have investigated properly. U guys just marked the case solved just by listening to casino side story didn't even wait for my reply,

Satisfaction
