Hired me as a freelancer to work on the website. Kane kept on giving excuses, eventually paid 1/10th of the due amount and never paid the balance, and stopped replying to emails. A fraudster and conman. My mistake was not to take any advance deposit in good faith.

Always an amazing service from Kane and the team. They always go above and beyond to fulfil our orders. Our customers absolutely love their Prosecco gummies.

I think I must have tried the full range by now and often send the tubs to friends as presents. I'm not sure which is my favourite! Probably the fizzy mix pouches or the large tubs of pick and mix. You can't go wrong with those.

Ordered 2 each of 3 flavours of gummies,I waited a while, no update on order for a week then I received an email saying I’d been partially refunded, no explanation of for whst or why so had to enquire myself- told two flavours were unavailable, by then order arrived eventually with only 2 of what I ordered plus a random
Extra I didn’t want. Communication with the customer is a bit poor!! They aren’t for me so can’t comment on quality but hopefully better than the service.

Very pleased with their range of vegan jellies, plenty of variety, and all tasted good, would recommend to anyone looking for a good selection of vegan sweets.

Ordered some sweets in August in response to a promo email received by askmummyanddaddy.com. I'd ordered from them before and had been pleased with the product and service. However, this time, only part of my order turned up, with the rest crossed off on the delivery note. I emailed to point this out and received an apology but no replacement goods nor a refund. Other emails sent. Had a response saying that they'd been trying unsuccessfully to refund to my Paypal account. Another, more recent, email asked for my bank details so they could send the refund directly to my account. I supplied this info but still nothing. Now they're not even bothering to respond to my emails. Very disappointing service and I will not use them again. It's a shame because I do like their products.

I tried the pumpkin jelly sweets and was pleasantly surprised. So much so I made an order for Christmas. The items I received were incorrect however, I sent an email and got a very rapid response. I asked how I sent the order back to receive the correct one. Again I got a very quick response. Not only apologising but also telling me to keep the sweets they had incorrectly sent and they would send the correct ones within 24hrs. I can honestly say this is so much more than what I was expecting. A very happy customer, who highly recommends this local business.

Ordered the bakery selection. None of them tasted with any resemblance to the bakes that they were stated to taste like. Extremely disappointed and won’t be purchasing again

Placed an order, and a week later it hadn't shipped, so I checked in with their customer service team.

They were prompt to respond that they were having stock issues on one of the items, and refunded the missing goods to get the rest of the order out.

Parcel's arrived today, and in a complete surprise, they've *also* included a money off voucher for next time AND some bonus sweets in the order.

To me, this is the definition of great customer service, mistakes happens, problems occur, but taking time and effort to resolve them is the hallmarks of a fantastic company.

Highly recommend them (and the sweets taste really good too!)

Sweets are gorgeous the cake bundle & elderberry spritzer are my favourite…so far.
Packaging is nice, great for a gift.

I ordered a range of sweets but was on the whole disappointed as they did not taste as described. I would say save your money as you may be disappointed and considering they are a higher end product you may find better value for money elsewhere

Great company, have ordered twice now and both times my order was dispatched the next day and received a couple of days later. Products are very good quality and in most cases unique. Make great gifts for others or as a treat for yourself! :)

I placed and paid for an order and have never recieved it. This was around 4-6weeks ago. I have emailed asking for someone to help and no one has emailed back or bothered to respond. This was my daughters Christmas present. I wasted money and am very disappointed.

Repeat customer, drawn in by amazing choice and great customer service. Have ordered from the limited edition Halloween, Christmas and valentine’s ranges, as well as regular jars, candy floss and cocktail gummies. Well worth indulging in!

I ordered some lovely Easter gifts to send to friends. They all raved about the sweeties and chocolates. Will order other gifts for sure.

Me and my family love these sweets and love the fact that they come in biodegradable packaging (this is a huge plus for us)! 100% would recommend
