The product was shipped fast and the customer service was good, however the product itself is junk. After the full charge it barely lasts 20 mins and the variable setting already stopped working after day 2. Not happy with the product, stinks I wasted my money.

The my order didn’t ship until a week after I purchased it which was frustrating. Try responded to my inquiries quickly but didn’t have any real answers. I would order again but from them but not quickly.

I searched all over and found this company that offered a decent discount (15%) which beat prices everywhere else I looked. I got the genius pipe. I was not particular about the color or design so I choose the plain aluminum (silver?) that was out of stock after i ordered but they reached out with options and promptly replied confirming my choices. Shipping was faster than I expected and overall they have really great customer service. I’d buy from them again if I have a need
