DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY!
Absolutely awful!!! As prom is coming up, I advise everyone to AVOID this limo company! I booked this limo for my prom but they didn’t turn up at all!! It ruined the day for 13 kids and no compensation given! AVOID!
UPDATE: This happened on 28th June 2018, a refund was given at the time, but no compensation.
UPDATE: It was booked under Keri Latimer through a company called Regency. Regency informed me that it was the mistake of ASL that no limo arrived. They did not explain this further.
UPDATE: I am not sure why this is. This reinforces my 1 star review as there is no evidence of booking, despite me definitely booking. Regency insisted that it was ASL's fault and I have an email from Regency stating my booking has been placed with ASL. The money was also refunded so there must have been a booking somewhere. Please check again the name Latimer.
UPDATE: thank you for checking again and responding to me. I believe the issue was also Regency’s fault, but the fact there is no record on either system proves what terrible service there is on both parts.

Thanks for the update, if you can let me know the name on the booking as I cant locate one under your name.
Thanks for your reply, I have tried to trace your booking but to no avail, I have even checked with regency the booking agents and they have advised they have nothing on their system.
There is no booking with us and there is no refund from us, so I am really unsure what has happened here!
