Nice design but shitty quality as they mix cottong with fleece and all my pants, hoodies, shirts become shorter so I can't really wear them. I bought more than 500euros worth of cloths that now is gone to the trash!

Yesterday I went to the Leidschendam store in the shopping mall and I was helped by Shalley. I was highly impressed with her professionalism. I will definitely come back.
worst Company and product I have experienced, bought a shoe from them and literally ripped in a few minutes, ok this can happen but after sending multiple email as by phone they can't be reached no response whatsoever.
first look and feel of the sneaker is good but quality is crap for this money and it are not cheap shoes.

We have ordered 2 items in NL and the first was on March 30 and second on April 2nd. Until today we have not receive any information. I have sent emails requesting an update and only the first time just after 7 days I received a response that there is a delay.
According to their website, they could have a delay of 7 days (normally to be delivered next day). Now we are more than 14 days later and still no response from Aspact when they will deliver. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!
Just by informing the customer about a date on when they can expect the delivery, will help manage expectations.
Not it is just a black box, not knowing anything.
Why is it that other companies can still deliver within 7 days and inform us accordingly and Aspact can not!
My expectation is clear comms about delivery date and since it is more than 2 wks ago, I expect the good to be delivered ASAP!
