Terrible service

Terrible service - plumber overcharged hugely (apparently was at our property for over 4 hours!) and we then emailed this company to ask for an invoice and they never came back to us until nearly 6 months later stating we owed them £200!

I had an electrical emergency and Aspect was…

I had an emergency and Aspect was contacted. An electrician was sent after a short while. After investigating the fault, the engineer made me aware that the problem was a bad one. He was honest with me that he wouldn't touch the job unless rewiring was done first in the garage and a new switchboard fixed, then he'd continue to rectify the problem. Aspect gave me a quote which i agreed to and requested for the same engineer who discovered the fault. Aspect managed to send me the engineer i requested for. I didn't have to wait too long the electrician. He came and did a fantastic job. I don't hesitate to recommend Aspect to anyone who needs their support. Aspect is one of the best and their quote too was reasonable.

Poor report complained to manager still awaiting a reply from contract manager and invoices are on dispute pending a reply.

Good experience but more clarity needed about charges

From the initial phone call to the resolution of our problem by Calum, it's been a good experience. So grateful to Calum investigating the problem and resolving the problem. One issue was my receiving a phone call the next morning to be advised that the call out charge was not included in the costs I paid the day before! It would have been nice to have been advised that the call out charge was not included in the invoice I paid.

The engineer was quick to diagnose the problem. He communicated clearly without jargon. He worked hard to resolve the problem and acted in a thoroughly professional manner and was kind and courteous. I would highly recommend Aspect and use them again.

SCAM Do not use!!

SCAM Do not use!!! I called for a minor job pairing our velux remote. i was advised to make a video for a quote. Then followed up and was told they needed to see the job to quote which costs £60. The lady said the job would likely be about 2 hours and the £60 would be deducted if I went ahead. The engineer came, who said he was new and had no idea how the company or Velux windows worked. Then I received a quote for £666 to essentially pair the remote!! I will of course not go ahead and as a result lose £60 for someone who had zero idea to come around. Terrible scam to take your deposit, terrible service. Zero solution Please do not use!

Misinformed

The sales person said that my job was possible and aspect could fix the issue as they had the necessary equipment.
When the plumber arrived he said that it was not possible and didn’t have the equipment needed.
I still got charged the fee and I am no further forward to resolving the issue.

Terrible

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible company!! The staff on the phone were very rude. They promise and cannot meet expectation. They stated they will come between 2-6 and then called at 5:30pm if they can come at 7:30. They initially told me that they will charge £118 plus VAT per hour which I agreed to, then called at 5:30pm the engineer wasn’t aware of the service, what job wanted to be done and then said that they will have to charge me more which wasn’t stated in the beginning. Highly disappointed with their service, I wish I could rate the system 0.5 stars

The job was done quickly and accurately…

The job was done quickly and accurately when it was meant to be, and the tradesman was very helpful and friendly.
My only criticisms woulk dbe the cost - this job seemed rather expensive for what it was, and the unnecessary attempted upselling after the job was completed.

Satisfied with Aspect

I had a couple of jobs done by Aspect during this month (April 2026) and I was very happy with the work done.

I am also happy with the role played by the Operations Assistant - Michael - who kindly listened and acted upon a problem I raised with him. I was very satisfied with how he kept in contact with me by phone and email to resolve my issue.
