I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Aspect Maintenance. I contacted them for leak detection, but the experience was far from satisfactory. The engineer who attended did not appear to have the necessary expertise or appropriate equipment to carry out the work effectively.

While other leak detection companies are often able to identify issues within a short period of time, the engineer was unable to locate the leak even after spending over an hour on site. I was then informed that a second engineer would be required to continue the investigation, effectively doubling the cost.

Overall, this felt like a poor use of both time and money, with little confidence in their ability to resolve the issue. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

I had a minor water leak which should of been fixed in couple of hours but it took Benjamin smith 13 hours to find the leak he was wasting time with radiators wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody they charge £1,714 for couple hours job

Never turned up when booked for 2 separate jobs the guys are great but the management don’t phone you to tell you they are arriving on time so you waste a day waiting they quote you a price on line , then it goes up when they arrive no fault of the guys but the office who don’t know how to give a rough idea on price , l wanted 4 doors fitted very straight forward kid quoted half a day plus maybe an hour extra fitter said it would take a day and a half that would work out to another £ 500 over the original price !
They give you a price on the phone but girls in the office are only guessing they should where possible be a list of standard straight forward job prices in front of them fitting a door /changing a tap /fitting a radiator ect ect
Very dissatisfied maybe they are getting to big to cope !?

The worst business in Australia, uneducated idiots with power tools who enjoy destroying trees, when you ask to speak to management they just ghost you never return calls and pretend nothing happened. No council should use these untrained monkeys.

Just a reminder that aspect engineers wasted time in order to over charge and then if you don’t know which they are not suppose to do as that is what they advertised that they do not take payment until job completion and customer authorised. How that is far from the truth.
Stay away from this cowboys just get a private person to do your plumbing or they will rip you. If not on the first occasion you got lucky but definitely on the second occasion you will regret

Aspect were helpful on the phone when I booked the job. Then no-one alerted me to the fact that the engineer would be late, and in fact he was so late we had to rebook for the next day. This time they were on time. However, the quotation (which took 40 minutes to arrive) they offered was for four hours work (fair enough), plus around £400 in parts, so over £1000. Given that this was some washing machine pipes etc which were even generously no more than £100 I had to trust my instincts and pass up. I paid the £150 Sunday call out fee and went with another company.

makes you feel you'll be well taken care of but very disappointing sub standard work from gardener, who admitted he knew nothing about gardening. The job should have taken no more than 1 half hours took 4 hours, most of the time was spent going back and forth to van, talking on phone and even buying fuel from petrol
station for lawn mower. The work generally lacked knowledge. I ended up with the highest bill for gardening I've ever had. This company needs to be more customer focused on the needs of everyday home maintenance and every day regular needs of the customer and not just a fast one off job.

They came made a hole in my wall to find wear out leak was couldn’t find a leak and then left and have charged over £700

Aniss aspect leak detection engineer came round and managed to trace our leak we have had 3 other plumbers plumbers come out and none of them was able trace the leak

I feel badly let down by this company in terms of overcharging. They did not stick to the hourly rate quoted. The gardener worked as slow as possible which meant he had to come back for a 2nd day. Payment was taken from my card without discussing invoice with me. I would categorise them as rip off company.

Be very carful employing Aspect without a fixed price job gaurantee. I was charged £1000 for one day for one person to re hang and awning. Overtime and agreed hour rate changed and billed and collected by company No come back no challenge. Some fake notes on here to say they will address but nothing ever happens. Only negotiate a job price get in writing form acc dept or they will ignore and over bill.

Make sure you know exactly how much they are charging before calling them out. Record the call. They are very expensive. Get details of what you are paying for as they charge for anything and everything. The guy who came to us was rude and shouted at us.

Jake M unblocked our waste pipe. He was really straightforward and explained what he was doing. And absolutely lovely and polite too.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! - Charged me £1000 for work I didn't ask them to do. DO NOT USE!

Reported them to Trading Standards because they take the money from you first whether you are happy with the work or not - In my case, they made up hours and tried to charge me double for another engineer that I didn't agree to :-0.

Poor service and overcharging. Took thousands of pounds from me for a job that should have cost a fraction of this. Avoid.

Awful service. Stay away! Having used the service of one of their guys to repair roof previously, I phoned to request the same guy came to repair a leak. I was told they were going to check his availability and call me back. They sent someone else that was let in my property by my tenants. The guy came in the evening, and said the roof needed extensive work and I was sent a bill to pay for this useless, unrequested visit. The roof was fixed in half an hour by someone else the day later. I will never use this company again

Stephen and Marjan flushed our central heating system after installation of a new boiler, cleaned out the rusty gunge, rebalanced the whole system and even got a couple of radiators that hadn't worked for years functioning again. Great guys, great job.
