Good casino, nice games. I love the novamatic games just like being in the casino but from home. Had good bonus and poor but that's the way it goes some months a might get in a few hundred other may lose. If you don't like losing don't gamble. If I spend my monthly budget for gaming I take a break for a few weeks then play again which I like the take a break option and think more people should use it not to get in trouble your not going win most of the time. Overall good games, good chat when needed And excellent payout times. Promos are not that often but I don't mind as I don't like play through bonus. Maybe a rewards calender or stamp every time you play for little bonus would be good. Best casino for me most people are bitter when lose don't gamble what you can't afford

Aspers online casino is a rip off. I've played the same game on other slots and playing it on aspers, is the worst ever experienced. Most of the spins was dead. And when I did win The spins, payouts were the lowest ever experienced. The game play lasted less than 10 minutes, which is the shortest game play ever. I never received the bonus round either. But I must say, it's not the losing that is the problem, it's the rubbish gaming experience that upsets me. Avoid Aspers.

Aspers’ promotional offers are such rubbish that over the time you just lose money. I mean what’s the point they award pity 10 free spins, only to wager x20 on winnings (therefore it will be lost soon anyway) when you have already lost ££ on such low RTP slots? We know ‘variance’ and you just can’t win sometimes, but Aspers use only low RTP slots for their promotions, and their available slots are basically low RTP. Other casino providers offer far better slots and promotions and even give you away cash bonus or free spins if you are on a losing streak. Aspers just let their customers keep losing money.
I must mention though that their Live chat support is, ironically, the best and outshine other larger Casino providers.

Previously my sister and I lodged a complaint that Aspers Casino doesn’t value old customers
We took friends to join Aspers and they received promotional vouchers of £50 free plays or £50 match play last year and again last week

We wrote a complaint last year and was told that it was because we didn’t register our email addresses then
We went personally to register it last year and gave permission to be contacted for any promotional events etc
We have been receiving updates on events but not when it came to receiving free plays or match play

Last week, our friends received yet again promotional offer of £50 match play but not us
Yet we gamble more than our friends!

We wrote in this week to ask why?
We were told yet again that we have unsubscribed from receiving any promotional offers

This was not true as on our first visit back after lockdown, we were issued new membership cards and made sure that they have our email addresses and permission were given to receive promotional offers

We received updates on events and opening details but never any promotional offers yet again

The reply we received yesterday again stated that we have unsubscribed yet again which were not true

How convenient for them to give such a reply every time!
If so, why do we receive emails from them on their reopening, special events etc but not when it’s free plays or match plays offers

Aspers Casino, it would be much more honest if you were to reply that old customers have been either overlooked or undervalued but not giving us the same silly excuse that we have unsubscribed when we didn’t

Thank you very much to the Venue Manager at Aspers( name not given) in Stafford for his time and patience in sorting out my grievances

Hopefully he will be able to subscribe me back into receiving promotional offers

My sister and I do feel sorry that London is going into Tier 3 this Wednesday , thus affecting your staff and company

We appreciated all the hard work done in your safety measures that you have taken to protect us during our visits

I have never won anything big from this casino ! Online or the stratford one. I have a very bad feeling and will never return to any of your casinos. The online casino is a joke ! spending hundreds and getting flipping nothing in return and oh dear the stratford one horrible attitudes from the cashier to the manager or the waiting stuff !
