Excellent, prompt service. I liked my wig so much that I bought a second!

Easy to order, even though some colours wernt available but happy with the colour chosen.

Visited Aspire today for the first time, all I can say is wow! Compared to other wig shops/ consultations I have had this visit was head and shoulders above the rest. (No pun intended). This is because Emma herself has hair loss so her understanding of how it impacts on confidence, self esteem and daily life is personal. Her knowledge of wigs, the cap types, the brands, the different lace fronts and fibres etc is educational and very reassuring. You feel like you're in the hands of an expert and someone who will be able to help you and make sure you don't buy something inappropriate. In fact there's absolutely no pressure or obligation to buy anything and you're encouraged to take time to really think about what you want after you've tried on numerous possibilities. She was so patient with me, I tried on different brands, styles, wig cap sizes, lengths and colours. When I left I felt so much better about needing helper hair, more confident, less of a stigma and that I could feel like me again.

Processed order very quickly but would like option for normal delivery and less packaging.

Lucky enough to have this gem on my doorstep. Both Kath & Emma offer sound advice on choice& after care, in a relaxed setting. Nothing is too much trouble. Many styles available to choose from & if they haven’t got it they’ll order it for you. If you’re a hesitant first time wig shopper, give them a try, you’ll not be disappointed.

The order took slightly longer to arrive but it is a nice topper.
I will adapt it in time but really pleased, lovely packaging.
