Comfort, great value and a top quality product

This is my 2nd Aspire Mattress purchase.My 1st choice as I knew it would be comfy, well made and with a excellent customer service.This purchase was for my grandson who loves it so much I can’t get him out bed.He is also keen to go to bed each night so an added bonus.

good quality product and value for money

This bed was for my adult daughter who needed something comfortable but also with storage. It was easy enough to put together with basic tools and took us about 2 hours to do. Quality of the bed is very nice and she is very happy with it.

Don't be fooled by the 5-year warranty.

Don't be FOOLED by 5-year warranty.

Note: it is very common for them to say “we didn’t identify defect” when you complaint about the product, so it is a trap! Once you purchased you have no option, forget about the warranty.

After just 3 months of use, this mattress developed a significant dip, causing discomfort and back pain. Despite being under 5 warranty, both B&Q and Aspire did not honour. Poor quality product and lack of integrity. Policy scammer! Will not stop until I get back my hard earned money £199.99 spent on this mattress !

For transparency, there was a delay in our response to this review as we were initially unable to locate your order. The name used in this review differed from the name associated with the purchase. Once the additional information was provided, we were able to investigate the matter fully.

Our records show that our Customer Service team worked with you and the retailer between January and April in an effort to assess the concerns raised regarding your mattress. During this time, photographs were requested that would enable us to properly evaluate the reported issue. To assist further, an example image was also provided, demonstrating the type of photograph required for a mattress inspection. Unfortunately, the requested evidence was not received from either you or the retailer.

We would like to reassure readers that our 5-year warranty is honoured where sufficient evidence demonstrates a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty. As with any warranty assessment, we must be able to review adequate evidence to determine whether a fault exists and whether it falls within the terms of the warranty.

As a significant period has now passed since the last correspondence, we remain unable to reassess the claim without the requested supporting images. Should this information become available, we would be happy to review the matter in accordance with our warranty process.

Quick friendly service ordering on the phone. Quick delivery. Mattress arrived rolled and boxed so easy to take upstairs and layout on bed.My son is pleased and says the Mattress is very comfortable

I bought the 3 +2 seater Corvan…

I bought the 3 +2 seater Corvan recliner seater about a month ago, and I have been impressed about how sturdy and tough the frame is. The leather is very good quality, and the recline function is excellent. The electric motors are very quiet and smooth. Also, the embedded charging units on the side are a great addition. They are very handy for daily life. I can charge my phone or tablet while watching television. I do not have to stretch long cords across the floor anymore.

Mid sleeper cabin bed

We ordered a cabin bed online and it was delivered within the expected time frame. The instructions for building were nice and clear, so it was simple to put together. It's made of solid wood rather than mdf, so it's pretty sturdy and we've had no issues so far. We also received a call from Aspire just to follow up on the order and make sure everything was okay with it, which was a nice touch from their customer service.

after receiving our bed which looked amazing there was an issue with the frame making noise when moving, customer service assisted and replaced with out any issue and called a few times to make sure all ok. would highly recommend the bed the whole Aspire team, Fantastic customer service team especially Clair

Absolutely love my Spire mattress

Absolutely love my Spire mattress. I’ve been sleeping better than ever since I got it, and the difference is really noticeable. In fact, I struggle to get a good night’s sleep in my partner’s bed now because I’ve become so used to the comfort and support of my own mattress. One of the best purchases I’ve made for my sleep.

Cannot fault this company

Cannot fault this company, they are a british manufacturing company with excellent customer service and delivery team.I bought 2 sofas from them back in May (2026) and couldnt be happier with my purchase, excellent quality at a good price.

Unfortunately, the photographs submitted did not identify any visible manufacturing defect or fault with the mattress. As a result, our team requested additional evidence on several occasions, including simple video footage taken on a mobile phone, to help us better understand and assess the issue you described.

You advised that you believed the concern was internal to the mattress structure; however, without the requested evidence, we were unable to verify the nature of the issue or determine whether a manufacturing fault was present. Any assessment must be based on the information and evidence available at the time.

Despite being unable to substantiate the reported fault from the evidence provided, we have sought to resolve the matter amicably and have offered you the choice of either a replacement mattress or a full refund.

Cheap overpriced quality beds and…

Cheap overpriced quality beds and mattress, terrible customer service. Received the bed, must have been a retun from the state of the box, sent me replacement for broken parts, which arrived in a worse box than previous one even more damaged than original, sent again another replacement and arrived smashed. After a month I have managed to send it back and got a refund, however I kept the mattress, I should not have done so as is really bad quality. Ordered from Dunelm, and arrived with Aspire written on the box, the same issue all chipped, so sent straight back. I believe Argos sell their furniture. Beware! Very poor quality.

Having reviewed our records, we have been unable to identify any mattress order under your name. The only order we have located relates to an ottoman bed, which our records indicate was fully resolved in December 2025 following the provision of a refund. As a result, we were surprised to receive this review some six months after the matter had been concluded.

Your review also references a mattress and a separate purchase from another retailer. Unfortunately, based on the information provided, we have been unable to identify these transactions and are therefore unable to investigate those concerns further.

Like the majority of manufacturers within the furniture industry, all products leave our facilities having passed quality control checks and in good condition. However, we recognise that damage can occasionally occur whilst goods are in transit. When issues are reported, Aspire Furniture works closely with both customers and retail partners to investigate concerns and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

As our records indicate that your issue was resolved and a refund provided six months ago, we believed the matter had been satisfactorily concluded. However, should there be any aspects of your experience that remain unresolved, we would welcome the opportunity to review them further. Please contact our Customer Service team directly with any relevant order details and we will be happy to investigate.
