Products are pretty good. Shipping was not up to par and makes me not want to order again. Specifically getting burned by paying for faster delivery and getting the longest one of a group of three of them. When I raised it with support it was said that they can’t control the speed of the delivery service but it took way too long to be fulfilled and sent to shipping - I was tracking it to try to get it before I left the country.

The gear is pretty good, if pricey. But the return process is another story. They make you individually photograph each item being returned and then the return has to be approved at a later time - really? Who has time for this? I won’t be ordering from ASRV again until they make returns easy.

I placed an order and it took me 3 weeks to get it delivered even after paying extra for shipping . When I returned the product , they again charged me for shipping and just refunded me with a deficit amount .

I had a great experience with ASRV Sportswear. The quality of the materials is outstanding, the fit is athletic and functional, and the designs are clearly made for serious training and performance. You can feel the attention to detail in every piece, from durability to comfort during intense workouts.
I truly believe ASRV has strong potential to grow even more in the Middle East market, especially in Egypt. I’m a fitness athlete and coach based in Cairo and would love to represent the brand locally.

Looking forward to seeing ASRV continue to grow globally..

Everything I’ve ever ordered from them has always come in. Their quality is the best workout clothing I have ever owned. I will continue to purchase from them and support their high quality products. I am insanely happy with this company.

I own over forty ASRV pieces and have always been extremely satisfied, almost to the point of jokingly considering the brand a religion. Over the years, I have never hesitated to pay a premium price for a premium feel and a premium product.
However, the quality is no longer what I have come to expect. The fabric feel, fit, and stitching now feel noticeably less premium than usual. I am experiencing clear sizing inconsistencies compared to identical models that I already own and that fit me perfectly, with the same exact "DSG".
At first i thought it was an isolated issues but it was unfortunately not. In recent orders, I have noticed discrepancies of several inches and different fits between identical models, which is unacceptable at a premium price point.
I have also observed that the Tetra-Lite fabric has recently lost its usual flexibility and softness, particularly at the waistband. The inner waistband stitching is completely different from what I am used to with ASRV joggers. There is now a rigid, non-stretch hem that feels uncomfortable and significantly reduces waistband comfort.
I would also like to point out that all of the ASRV pieces I consider truly “premium”, and that fully met my expectations, are manufactured in Korea. In my most recent orders, the majority of items were labeled as manufactured in Vietnam or Thailand, and all of the problematic items fall into this category. This pattern is difficult to ignore.
I am greatly disappointed with my recent orders. I have just completed a return for two out of the three items purchased. The only reason I did not return the third item is because it was marked as final sale. If it were possible, I would return it as well, but I prefer not to dispute the return or request an exception.
Given these experiences, I am now seriously questioning any future online purchases from ASRV without being able to try the items first. As a Canadian customer, this effectively means limiting myself to what local retailers carry, which is extremely disappointing given the breadth of the ASRV lineup and the level of loyalty I have had toward the brand.

Don’t trust their sizing. It’s inconsistent.
I bought several pairs of pants. One was labeled size S and fit like an M. I assumed it was a mistake, so I reordered an XS. That one was way too small.
When I asked for an exchange, not a refund, they refused. Any serious brand with integrity allows exchanges when sizing is clearly off. Lululemon and Vuori do this without hesitation.
Bottom line, I lost $250 on two pairs of pants that don’t fit because of bad sizing and a rigid policy. Be aware before you buy.
In reference to your response, this is not accurate. On my email order confirmation, there is no mention of ‘final sale.’ The same applies to my PayPal order, where no such notice appears. Based on this, I do not see how the item can be considered non-exchangeable.

I’ve bought several products from this company and disappointed with all of them. Their xxl is basically like a men’s medium. Everything they make is a fraction of the size it should be, I even purchased an adjustable hat which is too small for my head on the very last adjustment. I’ve never had a hat not fit. The prices are outrageous, shipping is expensive, returns and refund policy sucks and product quality is not that great. They look cool in the ads but I’m not being this brand anymore.

Be aware. I was a returning customer. I ordered pants using the same size I had previously purchased from them. The item did not fit. Customer service stated that the item was not eligible for return under their policy. I will no longer purchase from this company.
