If you work in USA, be advised that the items you purchase from Assay genie will come from Europe not a location in USA. Because of that, this company does not handle shipments well. The package can be stopped by the US customs for checking, which may not only delay delivery but will cause other issues as well.

The vendor contacted us and offered a resolution. I would like to note that the initial purchase process was not perfect however the vendor was quick to respond and correct the situation.

The required documents were not provided to FedEx at the time of shipping. I had to invest many emails, hours and calls to get this situation corrected. The item that was being shipped was to be stored at -20. We do not know if the item is viable yet as we are conducting the experiment this week.
