Just sold my land through AssetBay.
I’m writing this review, not because I have been asked to, but because I want to recommend the services of Tony at Asset Bay who worked through my trauma from previous poor experiences trying to sell this land. Tony researched the caveats and difficulties associated with my piece of land and was calm and quietly persistent where needed. He set up the sale in a way that I could act with confidence; I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and I am over the moon to finally make this sale. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Their website was pretty straightforward to navigate and as soon as I sent a message to the number there I got a reply.....from thereon communication was seamless till the completion of the land transaction.

Anthony is a smooth talker with a lying tongue and once he gets you comfortable with him then he hits you below the belt. Having taken my deposit without handing over the land to me, he has come up with all sorts of excuses of he's moving houses today he's with the client tomorrow and he will call me that I sent him a rude texts and I called him too much plus several excuses to a simple request for a refund of my deposit since he had sold the land to someone else. A refund is the most decent route for such but he has chosen to be dishonest and cunning about it. So buyers should beware of assetbay and Anthony. That's the update as at July 2025!!!
