Fiver star service, one star billing
I have two things to say about Assistansbolaget - first the help I had today from their driver was first class, both kind helpful and flexible. The second is the way the company bills which is very poor, offering a higher price the first time then a lower if you ignore that. This practice lead to me not signing up this year , which of course the is the year I had a problem! Based on my experience of the help I received I would sign up again but only if they give a fair and consistent price.
