Excellent service, great communication, good price.

I have made two purchases and one was extremely fast and the other was made over the New Year holiday so naturally took a few days longer but they communicated with me throughout. I would highly recommend them!

I have bought 2 rollaters in the past but wanted a lightweight one this time to allow me to lift it into the boot of my car. This byAcre rollator is excellent. It is perfect for me as I can lift it with one hand. It's very stable, and manoeuvrable.

Following the home visit by Phil and the excellent demonstration, I decided to purchase the Acre carbon ultralight. There was no pressure to buy on the day.
It arrived two days later and I am very pleased with it.

This is the second item I have purchased from Assist Mobility. Each time I have had excellent advice on what to purchase. They listen to your issues and then advise for your benefit not their own. I happily recommend them when asked.

Extremely pleasant friendly and very helpful staff. The net bag I bought to go on my Rollator is ideal for my purposes. I was able to return the shopping bag, which had more capacity than I needed, without a problem. Even better I could even talk to a real person’!

So far it has been a great help getting about without worrying about losing my balance on uneven pavements

Speaking to a human on the phone,who was very helpfully, very quick delivery, and the stroller is a delight to use. I am carrying little cards with information If anyone asks me about the stroller.

Able to lift rollator into garden, stroll around safely and then lift it back indoors. So wonderfully light, being made of carbon.

I received helpful advice regarding the problems I had with the brakes on my Rollator and was able to fit the new brake handles and levers. However, I have not had the walker for long (only 2 years) and am disappointed that these parts had to be replaced especially at such high cost.

I am really pleased with my ultralight and my overland. A repair for the noise was made to my overland so my overland is now quiet. Walking is now a much more pleasurable experience it also helps my bad back. Would definitely use assist mobility in the future. It’s nice to have a company that you can contact and speak to a real person, and also they actually call you back if they say they will.(Special thanks to Suzanne for sorting things out for my with my noisy overland)

I ordered a front bag for a Topro Troja Rollator from Assist Mobility for my mother. They rang me within ten minutes of placing the order, as I had entered the delivery address incorrectly. I was impressed that they took the time to ring, rather than firing off an impersonal email. I got the impression they really care about their customers. The bag arrived at my mother's care home within a few days and fits perfectly. Very reasonably priced too. Great service all round.
