Quality of pallets 😱.
Maybe our expectation as domestic user (idea was for my 4 pallets to create my daughter a cool bed) was we would get better used ones. Bigger issue was receiving 3 pallets the same when you need 4 the same is tricky!
Plus cost of 4 pallets at over £100 but appreciate COVID issues.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent order.
We are sorry to hear you have had an issue with your order but we didn't realise you were a domestic buyer as you put a company name on your billing and delivery information, therefore we thought the pallets were for business use.
We do not normally recommend 1200x1000mm used grade B pallets to make furniture. Our 1200x1000mm pallets come from various different sources and being second hand they will not all be identical.
However, if you stated you were making a bed out of pallets we could of offered used grade A Euro pallets. This type of pallet is clean and identical, much more popular for making furniture.
We are glad you were happy with the delivery service.
