I did not received one item of my list. Also, the shipping was a bit delayed due to items I choose and that were not available.
Products are good quality though. I am happy for that.

Superb quality kit, expensive but it lasts well so worth the extra to start with.

Delivery is always good and on the ocaision of having to return product (wrong size etc), the service is excellent

I ordered assos s7 shorts and received s8. I sent photos to show this but got a response that they are s7’s despite the tag!?! I sent a photo with my current s7’s next to the s8’s a week ago and still haven't received and answer. Not good customer service!

Website crashed when I placed an order and it did not complete. Money was sent from my PayPal account but items still showing in basket. No problem; these things happen but when I tried to sort it out:

Nobody answers the phone.
No replies to emails.
Helpdesk Ticket was just closed without contact.

Reading online this would not appear to be an isolated case.

I've bought Assos kit from them before and been pleased BUT, if my experience is anything to go by, you will get no help if there are any problems.

As at 6th April no goods received, despite several delivery enquiries to customer service team. I realise it is a difficult time, but 12th March was several weeks before Corona shutdown. Maybe a refund & order cancellation is easier ...

We Service and prices are great the only problem we have is that is a little harder getting the smaller/average size.The quality of the brands sold by Assos factory outlet are the best.Because we live in Australia it can be difficult returning products and the postage is often more than the cost of the item.We have been purchasing items from here for several years and hope to continue for many more.
