Exceeded my expectations!
From the moment I called for a quote, I had a great experience. The gentleman who answered the phone was kind, professional, and genuinely concerned about helping me with my auto insurance needs. He gathered my information and transferred me to Heather, who was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly.
Heather took the time to understand my needs and worked hard to find me the right coverage. Not only did she find me a policy that was lower than what I had been paying with my previous insurance company, but it was also less than the budget I told her I could afford. She truly exceeded my expectations!
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent customer service and affordable auto insurance.

Was able to lower my renewal rate by $54 when i called back, and spoke with a new agent, DeMarco, who also helped walk me through the mobile app onboarding process which was important to me, as the previous rep did not properly help me set it up on my previous policy. He also mentioned the option to add road side assistance ($67), which i will be following up with him soon to add.
