The customer service provided by Assured Cars was great. I purchased a from them after seeing it online. Due to distance I was unable to view the car in person however, the team at Assured Cars made sure I received videos of the car from all angles with the motor running and allowed me to fully inspect the car on delivery. The car came as described and is a great little runner. I would definitely recommend Assured Cars.

Very good company to deal with, sorted deliver quickly with no trouble. Car was as shown in pictures and even given a video call before delivery to ensure everything was still good.

After paying a deposit on a car, I took seriously ill and unfortunately could not proceed with the purchase.

Initially they said the deposit I had paid was non refundable, however when I explained my situation and that I was in hospital, they were extremely supportive and agreed to refund my deposit.
Not many would have done that and I commend them for their customer care.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought a car from this garage and within a week had an oil leak, the speedometer was 100,000 miles out and different from the MOT certificate! This company is as dodgy as they come and would never recommend them to anyone. I gave one star as there was no option for no stars! Avoid at all costs !!
*Update* Yes I did receive a full refund after I mentioned that I had been in contact with trading standards and citizens advice. Also the same day I received my refund the very same car was back on auto trader and the price had increased by almost £500! They also advertised with the correct mileage this time as I bought the car advertised at 68,000 miles when I received the car the odometer had clocked 163,000 miles. When I told the garage they said they would 'sort it out'. I stand by my original review. This garage claim to be AA assured and were on auto trader. I foolishly thought I was buying from a trusted trader, I was wrong.

Ordered a Smart car on line, it got delivered 3rd April 2024 to Merseyside. Smooth purchase and delivery, 10/10 service. I've waited a month to see how the car was running and it's fab, great little runner. I love it, I actually use it more than my big car now.

Purchased a car through finance in November 2023, sold us a car that wasn’t even road worthy, had to go back 3 times for repairs which were dodgy / botched. Ended up getting the car rejected through the finance company after a long battle. Do NOT trust this company and do NOT purchase a car or finance a car through them , we had to get a full diagnostics report on the car through the finance company and they found over 18 faults with the car including mechanical faults, botched repairs. Everytime we took the car back to be repaired for a fault it would come back with a new one. The 3rd time we took the car to the garage it ended up coming back with air bag faults , the garage told us to just clear the code off knowing we have 3 young children, that was when we refused to have any more repairs and to reject the car. We lost out a lot financially and caused us a lot of stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise you to avoid this company but if you do end up going anyway take someone who can do a diagnostics report before you leave with a vehicle, might cost you about £50/100 but you’d rather know before you buy which will save you money and hassle in the future. There’s a lot more I could say but it was a long few months getting this sorted and just want it over with now

Excellent customer service and support

Paid £5000 for a car August 23, having to take the car back 3 days later due to noise from putting car in gear, they done some work couldn'tgive me a receipt obviously (bodged it) for the warranty to pass, 4 months later it's in the garage costing me over £1000 for a recon gear box new gear cable and drive shaft, if anyone is buying from this garage I recommend take a mechanic or even better don't buy from them.

6 months after I part ex’d my car to this company I am now receiving parking fines and fines for ULEZ! Several of them! I returned my finance car to them after a diagnostic test proved the car was not even road worthy! I had to pay for a recovery lorry to go from Aberystwyth back to Birmingham as they refused. They could have caused a serious accident and I have my children who go in my car! Absolutely no regard for peoples safety. Displaying criminal behaviour.

They have not changed the ownership and sold my part ex’d car to someone else. I’ve had to send out 4 letters to explain this is no longer my vehicle including the DVLA.

I have reported this company to Trading Standards.

UPDATE 04/10/2023

I’ve now had to liaise with a bailiff company after the car I part ex’d, this company failed to change ownership. I suspect they were using the car theirselves. Not sold as they suggested.

I received 10+ ULEZ and parking fines. I didn’t pay the fines as it was not my fault and I did not own the car at the time of the fines, which I could prove - (a car dealership has the responsibility to change the ownership unlike a private sale where it is the pervious owner’s responsibility). They also changed the number plate bit the DVLA made myself aware of this and sent me the new number plate.

This company is now under investigation by Trading Standards and other legally based companies after causing myself harm and stress. I’m a vulnerable adult. They were aware of this. They did not care and seemed to want to cause me stress and financial difficulties.

Do not buy a car from this company. You will regret it. They prey on people they think will not stand up for themselves.

The bailiffs are now taking action against this company.

easy buying process from start to finish, variety of cars to choose from

The car was advertised as having a 3 month warranty, and coming with 12 months free AA roadside recovery. Neither of these came with the car. The service book was not stamped, and the MOT certificate was not present. I have called and they still have not provided these. I have reason to believe the MOT is fraudulent. They have stopped responding to my calls. The car also had green moss and mould on the roof and wing mirrors, proving that they don't look after them. All the positive reviews seem to be written by the same individual, who has a rather poor grasp on the English language.
